when it is sitting at .75 cents this week, and then 1.25 next week, I hope that your hands don't get chapped sitting on them, and not buying the stock. The CEO has the confidence to stick her own Buns in the Oven. She was there with PVS from the start. She knows what she is doing. Last November when She gave the C.C. she was extremely pleased with the direction the company was heading. Only Nutjob sees the doors closing in 4 to 6 weeks. Maybe you and him can hold hands at the station when the train leaves the station....All Aboard!!!!!

Remember all the Whole Foods "Naturals" that use to line the shelves.......There was limited shelves and no promotions. The product died. This will turn out the same unless 7 - 11 pushes it. Jones Soda has a poor track record of advertising, or promoting it's new products. I guess time will tell. As Nutjob would say, Tick Tock....

Nuttie, your model "Assumes" a lot. Good luck with it. You've been wrong the last three years, no reason to "Assume" you are right now.

You obviously missed that sale of 1.5 million shares a week and a half ago. Do you really think they only have 500k to work with? As I am not an insider, I'm not obligated to file........I did not open market buy......I'll let you mull that one over there, Mr. Game over......

I commend you for changing your closing line.....from tick tock to game over......I wonder what concoction you'll come up with this summer when the stock is sitting at 4$....

And Puppymonkeybaby makes sense? Give me a break. Jones did their homework. 7 -11 would not have gone into this deal without a whole lot of supervision, and homework.

gotta be more realistic on your $2.00 and $5.00 calls. Remember there are 41,000,000 shares outstanding, and this number could swell to 100,000,000 under their corporate charter. Dilution has always been a way of life for shareholders here. Their market cap simply can not support a $2.00 price per share. It's not a $90,000,000 company. Not yet. Their sales have to turn up if they are ever to show shareholders something, since for the last 3 years contraction is all we have seen. Contraction, and curtailing costs, is the only reason this company is still alive. This will be a pivotal year for Jones Soda, and it's kinda a do or die situation.

nuttie is clueless. If all he is relying on are the 10q's, for reporting, it's like driving down the highway looking in the rear view mirror the whole way. I know for a fact that the 7 - 11 deal is not the only thing brewing at Jones Soda. See, I do my homework. I always have, always will. Jennifer Cue has in fact told us all along, what is happening. Go back and listen to the C.C.'s and you'll hear what I heard. 7 - 11 is just a small part of the plan. It's kind of funny he is grasping at any 1/2 empty glass comments. "Out of Cash", "Tick Tock", "doors shut", it's kind of funny. If in fact this was the case one would think that millions of shares would be trading hands, since there are 41 million of them out there. That is not the case. The volume of daily trades speaks volumes about what is really going on. The 1.5 million trade a week ago at the close, was a bit unusual, however, it did not effect the stock price. Had it of been someone dumping shares we'd be sitting at .35 or lower. Despite Nutties best efforts at doom and gloom, by bending all those half truths to support his invalid arguments, he becomes less and less credible. although he stays civil, I commend this by the way, his comments none the less represent those of an ex-employee with an axe to grind. I still believe his identity to be that of PVS. the former CEO. I know this sound weird, but it has happened at other companies, that have dumped their CEO's. As we go forward, I firmly believe we will inevitably determine his real identity. This Company has had a slow turn around, almost at a snails pace, but as I've learned over the years, Steady eddy always wins the race. Slow growth, controlled, will prevail. since Nuttie is so pressed on stating they are out of cash, guess what, it does not matter right now if they are low on cash, it makes no difference at this point. The reason it does not matter, is because the cash will return, through profit. Something this Company has not seen for years.

This stock is not ratcheting up due to 7 - 11. There is another deal being done right now, that will make even a larger impact on revs this year. Cue has it going in the right direction. This stock price going up just "Ain't" happening for no reason at all.....This call in March is going to be one to listen to. nuttie's going to need a diaper........he's going to #$%$ all over himself.......

Nuttie, sorry to say all your half truths, and innuendos have not been effective. Looks like regardless of how many times you say "Tick Tock" your time has come and gone. Maybe your closure call for the last three years should tell others of how poorly you have chosen. Good Luck to you in the future.

and it will still drift back to below 4. This stock is damaged goods. management screwed it over at 25 and it's been downhill ever since. I see it at 2 in the near term, despite the buyback, it's too little too late.

why joust with a nut? He's been preaching "Tick Tock" for 3 years, and they keep on selling soda......Jennifer Cue would not "donate" her own cash knowing they are closing the doors. Nutjob is an ex-employee with an axe to grind......I still believe Nuttierthanafruitcake is PVS......

So the first week of march when it is sitting at 1.00 per share it will still be overbought? Those in the know will pay more.. This stock has never played by the rules. Even when it was originally on the pink sheets, and went to the nasdaq, it always traded at a high premium, and it will again.
