Why? Just to appease the momentum traders who are only interested in a quick buck? These folks deserve to get punished. Hope NVAX goes down more but I doubt it will. After this big correction, IBB should outperform the market in the next few weeks. And I think over a 1-2 year timeframe NVAX will massively outperform IBB. Those who are looking for huge returns between now and the summer might be dissappoint. But we'll see.

    Insider Sales

Modi sold 1/3 of his holdings. That's smart, makes sense. But it looks like he panicked a bit - not the best timing b/c he had many opportunities to sell over $6. Does he appear to be a good investor/trader? No - he panicked.

What you see now is more panicking - from retail investors. Has anything changed that would invalidate the reasons people bought this stock? No!
Is Modi acting on inside information? No! (unless he's breaking the law)

Stop panicking people! Evaluate why you bought the stock in the first place and stand by it.

You'll see this all the time in biotechs - institutions manipulate the price down, scare everyone else out and then make out like bandits when the news is good.
