If the company where to move to another exchange, it would have to do a reverse split something like a 100/1 ratio or even 200/1 ratio. In the process, additional stock would be exchanged for debt further diluting shareholder value. If INTK were a viable company, it will take years for it to recoup any loses incurred from the move. Of course we all know who holds the debt in this "company."
I owned the stock for several years before finally letting it go two years ago. I suggest you go back more than 5 years to see how the stock price has fared. I have a friend in Naples who was unable to find any information about the company. The company has missed numerous financial filing dates. I cannot do business with a company like this one. Be careful.
