I am the family caregiver of our 87 year old mother, who lives in a very small apartment in a retirement community. Her monthly auto-pay PSEG bill has always been under $50. I was shocked to see the May bill at $237.21, due to a simple computer glitch. Customer Service promised next few bills will be credited. June bill does not show any correction. Is this normal or do I need to elevate this discrepancy ? Thanks in advance.
