Looks like it... of course that's going to set off ottohuber76 to frantically make his rounds on the chat boards and plead for people to keep selling...
there are so many applications for silver it is just pure manipulation that is bringing it down hard like this. Could start turning up any day now as the bears start losing their grip..
Sentiment: Strong Buy
with the price this high i don't think anyone would blame management for doing a secondary and beefing up their cash on hand... It will cause dilution, but over time it will recover if the company can stay the course.
it has nothing to do with alibaba, people are just fearful that the stock can slide right back down to 10.75 just like it did with the previous offering.... lowering it from 18.24 down to 17.20 is proof enough that it can happen.. wake up,,,,
I'm expecting good things next year but i would really be surprised to see this get back to over 20 this year.
sorry, but no where does it say they invested 71 million... more than likely it was a quick in quick out for a fast buck.. that is NOT investing,, that is fleecing ....why do you think they want to remain anonymous?
What has changed is the fact that while the stock was trying to climb up management once again decided to offer shares and warrants to some "unidentified" supposedly institutional investors at a steep discount.. The last time they did that the stock was trading over 20 dollars and they offered for 18.25, the stock dropped down to under 11 dollars in the weeks that followed.. .This time however the CEO slaps his investors in the face by offering at 17.20... If that is the way the CEO is going to treat the investors for rest of that 300,000,000 mixed shelf then expect the market the thumb their nose at him till this passes over...
I stand by what I said,, Next year should be great but this mixed shelf over our heads isn't going to win over with too many buyers.
nice pump but realize there is still much of the 300,000,000 million mixed shelf ready to dilute shareholder value plus no local subsidies news as of yet...
I agree that it is hard to catch the bottom on just about anything. I'm averaged in now at 8.22 and looking for silver to gain back some of this weeks losses in the near future.
Do you even know what you are saying? Last friday Hu slapped us with absolutely #$%$ news about selling shares to some investors at a steep discount... HOW DO YOU FIGURE THAT WAS GOOD PR?
