hankil610... Pumpers sell their shares when the price moves up. There has been no selling by insiders. Instead there has been heavy buying by Keith Neumeyer and others all along ! As for your claim that the shares are being devalued, that's not true ! The ratio of gold ounces per share has risen with every acquisition. Keep in mind that Keith has done this twice before and FF is the best of the lot !!!

    Sentiment: Buy

  • AUAR & SNICOLE... What kind of babbling idiots are you anyway ? A one cent move is a disaster to you !? Go ahead and short FF and see what happens ! You'll get your #$%$ handed to you. I know your type.
To you, Gold is something to be feared. It represents Independence and Freedom and , as such, is something that cannot be tolerated ! So, go ahead, short FF. The less money you have, the less trouble you can cause for the rest of us.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

According to Derek Iwanaka from the FF investor relations Department, the Company is going to announce another acquisition tomorrow ! He also states that they have others coming soon. He also mentionbed that they are more than willing to go hostile, but most of the targets go along willingly !

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

medanotso: Yes, the shares do dilute our shares. What you need to concentrate on is the additional ounces to our resource base. If we had to pay all cash, the model wouldn't work.

Pat Donnelly was in a new interview video where he states that they are expected to announce a new acquisition in ,"the next few weeks".

It seems I was incorrect with my numbers in my last post. The total purchase price for the Pitt Property was not $ 1,750,000 Canadian, but $ 1,250,000 canadian. Which works out to roughly $ 875,000 U.S. . That's $ 3.39 U.S. per ounce of Gold resource in situ !!!

I forgot to mention; According to the sources on the Company Facebook page, Keith and the boys are in Switzerland this week arranging financing for something big coming up !!! Fasten your seat belts !

  • The First Mining Facebook site just announced that the Pitt Mine sale was approved today by Brionor. The property has an NI-43 101 compliant resource estimate from 2011 of 151,000 ounces of gold,(indicated), at an average grade of 7.83 grams per ton and 106,000 ounces of inferred @ 6.91 g/t !!! That's some monsterous grades, guys ! The average industry grade is only 1 gram per ton. The grade cutoff for the estimate was 3 grams per ton. This estimate could only be a fraction of what we can expect with a normal cutoff closer to 1 gram per ton. The price we paid to acquire the 258,000 ounces of resource was 2 1/2 million ffmgf shares + $ 250,000 cash. At today's closing price that works out to $ 1,750,000 Canadian. That is $ 6.80 Canadian or $ 5.40 U.S. per ounce of gold resource. If you estimate that we could be looking north of 500,000 ounces of resource and the acquisition price drops to $ 2.50 or less ! Wow ! I may be buying more tomorrow ! By the way. The actual announcement isn't due until Thursday after the Canadian Government has signed off.

D ounces does anyone have any news about a new acquisition. The company Twitter Board,(available on Stockhouse), is mentioning WQP Resources, WQP.V, as a target ? Makes sense if true. The Market Cap is $5,800,000, Enterprise Value is $4,110,000, no cash to speak of. 3 properties. Main property is the Ulu Mine, 831,000 ounces in all categories, P&P,M&I and Inferred. The Lupin Property was just Acquired and apparently has no established resource estimate, but is a past producing mine that produced 3,400,000 ounces of gold at an average grade of 8.9 grams per ton.

I know how you feel about the possibility of being acquired before we realize the true benefits of the Iceberg ! I am also a shareholder of True Gold out of Vancouver. I bought in when the proposed Karma Mine they were developing was attacked by armed mobs who destroyed the mine site and caused $6 million damage. After that, the political situation in the host country of Burkino Faso deteriorated when a Coup happened. Both situations were eventually resolved. Then, 1 month before the first gold pour at the mine, the company is sold. The premium for the buyout was less than 50% !??? The estimated income from the first full year of operations would have 70% of my purchase price. Oh Well, that's the chance you take. By the way, if you want a shot at another potential muti-bagger, check out First Mining Finance, (FFMGF). The Founder, Keith Nuemeyer, s !!tarted 2 other mining companies from scratch and moved them to Billion dollar companies within 5 years. The last one, First Majestic Silver, was a 120 bagger within 5 years. I'm pretty sure Nulegacy is going to resemble First Majestic more than True Gold !

We finally know our future guys !!! The stock purchase by Oceana today tells me everything I need to know. The purchase, equal to 19.9% of our shares outstanding is a standard move to ensure that they have both a blocking position should anyone attempt a takeover and almost a guaranteed buyout of Nulegacy should they decide to do so. At the very least, we have a Joint Venture. We're probably looking at an eventual buyout.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
