volume and stock increase at the end of the day is a nice surprise. After the earnings report I though the stock would have hit new lows. This company needs to improve its ops.
Gencor's turnaround in operations and profits has been impressive. They said they are focused on operating efficiencies and process improvements and over the past 2 years have delivered.

SG&A FY11 18.7%; FY12 18.4%; FY13 17.2%; ttm 15.1%
Operating margin FY11 -2.9%; FY12 0.6%; FY13 5.3%; ttm 7.4%
The interest/dividends and capital gains have been a nice kicker to profits.
Finally, the tax rate has dropped from 37% to 10% because the company realized some large tax credits.
Shareholders equity has increased 12% in two years.
Maybe WallStreet will begin to notice the turnaround in profits.
