Expect NVIV to announce FDA go ahead for PT#2 , in a matter of days
Such a powerful photo
62 mill, two expensive properties , lots of employees and few sales. I just did some more DD on this, they sell the exact same product as Hologic but Hologic has sold thousands of units in almost the same time roka has sold 45 units. Something is off and I think it's the acceptance of food safety marketplace. Maybe it's too niche a fit in this industry? Just playing smart..
MY big concern from the S1- "Our independent registered public accounting firm’s report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013 includes an explanatory paragraph regarding substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern"
You can have the most advanced technology on the planet but if the market you serve doesn't accept it you are screwed. I think that's what we are seeing here. Food safety testing is archaic compared to testing done on humans and the industry is fine with it. Sad
The earnings call was more informative. No instrument sales in the quarter, a problem with one of their main assays was identified (with a plan to fix it). No guidance on instrument sales for rest of year or 2015.
Guess that's a positive
I work for a device co. It's amazing how much of a negative impact this tax has, especially for startups. Probably the dumbest tax ever levied in recent years
No news is good news IMHO
Almost too good to be true so I have some reservations about jumping all in. However, they have what looks like legit cures for multiple diseases. That's rare and I've never been a part of something with such potential and I've been through a lot of awesome investments. Good luck guys/gals this could be the start of something truly groundbreaking.
