I'm ok with retiring some debt... But to wait and do it after the equity falls this much is unbelievable. This decision alone should get all of management replaced immediately. If it doesn't, the board then needs to go as well.
But I am encouraged by the action today in the face of even lower oil.
15% off the days lows.. Maybe, just maybe we put in a bottom for now
I like that green stuff.... whatever the hell that is
Under the variable one rig program Emerald will move into a free cash flow generative position in the second quarter of 2015 in the current oil strip environment and will allocate free cash flow into the acquisition of both Emerald common equity and convertible bonds in the open market and reduction of borrowing base debt.
So let me get this straight... They wait for a 70% drop in share price BEFORE shifting to sell? wow, these guys are brilliant!! Way to get ahead of that curve GHS!! Considering these analysts are usually 100% dead wrong, I'm thinking now would be the time to buy. Stock analysts are the only people on this earth that are wrong more then the weatherman, and even they still get to keep their jobs!! Crazy
I guarantee they had a pre written PR ready to go for approval today. There's no way they can write a PR for a CRL because they don't know what the FDA's issues would be. So like I said, I'm long.... but getting very nervous with each second ticking away.
Do you really think anyone here will actually take yours, or anyone else's advice here? You think you can move the stock? That's laughable. So your either delusional and you think you can control/manipulate this stock, or your really trying to save us from ourselves (Guardian angel).. Either way.... Save it please
I actually bought myself after seeing your post yesterday.. Didn't know much about the company but saw it down 40% on no news, and I figured why not. Thanks for the tip
I agree with this post...
IRS needs an estabolished sales team, with distribution channels they can only get from a much much larger company.
Lets not get crazy here. First, it's not criminal in any sense of the word. Everyone is allowed to take either side of a trade. That's our right. Secondly, the shorts are NOT responsible for any deaths, and to even suggest that is absolutely ridiculous. The company runs on a day to day basis regardless of fluctuations in share price. Your argument doesn't make a bit of sense to me at all, and it shows only ignorance on your end. If you believe in the product, the company , and management.. then place your long bet. But that's YOUR opinion only, to lash out at others that disagree with your point of view is crazy. I like you am long this stock, but I welcome shorts into the trade with us. They have a different point of view, and that's their right. Time will tell, and if I happen to be right in my view, I will benefit from this company just as the people it helps has.
Both sides, short and long. The SP goes up and the first thing everyone wants to do is throw it in the face of the shorts.... It goes down and the reverse happens. All this says is the people here that your reading don't have much skin in the game. it goes back to the playground when we were all little... Give me back my ball. Real investors wouldn't waste their time with this #$%$, so don't believe anything you read here. Do your homework, form a thesis, and stick to it. These boards are nothing more then entertainment.
Best of luck to you all
Nah, thats old..
Today was either buyout rumor, or a leak of some sort.. possibly lung data
