I couldn't get the talk on my computer, what was said. Doesn't appear to be earth shattering from the stock price reaction. Must've been like a fart in a windstorm.
I don't see anyone saying he had to defend anything however, when your stock takes a greater than 20% beating it doesn't hurt to reinforce they're OK. Sometimes soothes the stockholders with just a quick few words.
Your welcome, personally I own SPWR and CSIQ so I'm hoping it kick starts the entire sector, we'll see. Hopefully it's all true, I took it from the CSIQ board word for word
I was sort of hoping it would kick start the entire sector, we've sort of been in the SXXTTXR lately.
US drops china tariffs!
The market should be going crazy over this considering it went ape #$%$ in the other directly when the tariffs were announced. Hoping ppl just haven't seen the news yet.
"The U.S. and China agreed to drop tariffs on about 200 different technologies, including semiconductor, medical tech equipment and GPS devices. South Korea inked a similar deal to remove tariffs on 90% of goods and Australia is expected to announce a similar agreement. Experts believe these deals could be a prelude to a major tariff-cutting agreement at the World Trade Organization meeting in Geneva next month. (This is arguably a "win" for the U.S. too; and Carolina scored 21 points vs. the Eagles.)" Less
The folks over at TCI are showing that PV is included. If so, look out above !
I think Chasen was right about the falling knife. Wait until it bounces before you go for it. It seems these people are hell bent on taking this lower.
don't know what is going on but the entire S&P is taking it up the rear. I don't think it will go to zero but we'll have one heck of a buy in point when it's done. I got out at 31 and should've done it sooner, hopefully will buy back at a great price.
Sorry Bucket, I wasn't trashing the stock but if inept management can't present things correctly the result is the same, the investor gets slammed.
I sold when SG recommended doing that, thanks SG. What's your thoughts of re-entry Chasen or SG. We're so close to earnings and, if I remember correctly, last quarter sucked.
