Ask a silly question....
Wait.... look at this movement....could this be....be....."IT"?????
"...please note that Keryx will rise..."
Keryx will RISE again! Say Halleluiah and Amen.
...you mean loaded up...
Yes, who want to be up two bits on light volume.... wait a second, I'd take it!
...just sayin'....
Why, that would be a 25% pop right there. Bingo, I'd be just that much closer to having 80% of my original money (which is my new goal!)
"do you hear that beeping noise?"
lol!
Oh common, that Chimerix "Dead monkey bounce" was brilliant. Gimmie a thumbs up!
(Oh, I sometimes find myself so entertaining…)
Yea it's imminent.
Chimerix is still up since the IPO. Dead monkey bounce?
NOT ME!!!!!
(but, I admit it did make me watch....)
This board get good service. Too bad many would rather have bather.
Exactly! You see reality here.
My understanding is that the panel tends to reply in 62.5 days with an acceptable SD. However, in the cases where they have a delay due to illness, the median value is in line with the annual modal average and varies from this by a few weeks. So, we should hear in about 0.4567 months. Unless there is very, very bad weather in the area in which case …..
Sorry Musher! I didn’t' see this. Well, the fact that our answers line up so well should speak to their accuracy!
“how does CMX001 work on the pox virus?”
CMX001 is basically Cidofovir with a hunk of fat stuck to it. The fat gets cut off of the Cidovir in the human body. (But, not in monkeys, but, that's another story!). The cidofovir is a wacked-out building-block of DNA, and so stops DNA production in many viruses that are based upon DNA (rather than RNA). Poxvirus is a DNA virus.
For the techies: “Cidofovir is a monophosphate nucleotide analogue. After undergoing cellular phosphorylation to its diphosphate form, it competitively inhibits the incorporation of deoxycytidine triphosphate into viral DNA by viral DNA polymerase. Incorporation of the drug disrupts further chain elongation. Unlike nucleoside analogues such as acyclovir, cidofovir is not phosphorylated (and hence activated) by a viral kinase. Cidofovir demonstrates in vitro activity against a number of DNA viruses, including the herpesviruses, adenovirus, polyomavirus, papillomavirus, and poxvirus. Cidofovir also retains activity against thymidine kinase-negative herpes simplex virus (HSV) and UL97 phosphotransferase-negative CMV, which are mutant viruses resistant to acyclovir and ganciclovir. Clinical efficacy has been demonstrated rigorously only against CMV. Its clinical utility in infections caused by other viral pathogens remains to be determined.”
Why, the point is that all of our scheduling and prognostications on the matter have been just as worthless. It’s really a very good and valuable point. I simply made it “fun”.
So, OK, I’m a fool and your smart... but why was it determined, scientifically, and in the public literature, that the monkey died? Is it because CMX001 doesn’t cure smallpox in man? Or...not.
Basher! $30 is imminent! You see, the Judges go to Vegas in July, so they will want to clear their calendar by June, and Southwest is having a sale for the next 30 days, so if they were to book two weeks in advance….
