My point is that raising cash when stock is .5 SUCKS. Either they can not get the ca$h which - I do not believe to be true- OR believe the stock is going to go up at which time they will raise the cash.
Why because they have an s-3 filed? Yes that has been out for months. With shares at 50 cents, if management was concerned of shares headed lower management would have sold shares already and raised the money. They have not done that which i view as positive. We had 30% growth last quarter and with the new sales focus on repeat surgeries don't be surprised.
I am actually encouraged by management not diluting now- that tells me they are confident in their strategy. Each day that goes by gives me more confidence. If they can grow quarter over quarter @ 30% for the next 2 quarters as a shareholder I wouldnt be opposed to fully capitalizing the company and reverse splitting the stock. 1:2.
