" But no one was selling ."
Another MENSA Rimmbecile.
5,000,000 in a half hour & NO ONE was selling?
It was a mirage?
Smoke & mirrors? Oh, that must be it, smoke & mirrors like BBRY sales. earnings & market share?
That's Right! I had forgotten all about the Passport---just like the rest of the world outside Rimmbecilia, I suspect!
Quick! Look at Stat counter, they are always absolutely accurate at gauging BBRY sales, aren't they?
Just like the MENSA Rimmbeciles predicted!
I wonder why Apple is crashing while BBRY soars? It must be a combo of QNX/BB10/ and the startling great sales of the Z series in the haml;eta & villages of the developing world. Ya think?
It may or may not have escaped your cognizance that King Freddy I of Rimmbecillia is a MENSA baggie.
" but you only m,ale money when you sell."
Au contraire, I make money on NRF/NSAM every 3 months. It appears magically in my Fido account. My "paper" gain is enormous and fun to look at, but constant buying/selling will benefit Uncle Sammie not me. Sure with 20/20 hindsight I could pinpoint the EXACT places to sell, then rebut, by only traders are that smart at THOSE times---at least their BS claims so.
"And they all bought at 9.91 today. And after the fact they will say they sold at a profit."
Hey, Arnie how'd you know?
"Apple will be a niche player.."
Yeah, with 80% of the mobile device PROFITS, while BBRY sinks into the device sun set with only software/services to lean on.
Rimmbecile MENSA pumpers---gotta love their comedy routines!
Wait & see.
"Oh ya and all of your posts are so deep with thought. Get over yourself buddy. You know one stock. I trade 10-15."
Oh? And are any of them profitable, Mr Wall Street? Considering your attitude, I'd guess not.
I think so. So do recent Seeking Alpha article writers. As far as "booorrrringgg." goes I love it as long as the dividends keep rolling in!
I ran across them while looking for REITs in a similar business to DFTs. Strong case for buying IRM now that the IRS has approved the REIT conversion.
What think you all?
IRM got a PLR (Private Letter Ruling) from the IRS giving their proposed REIT conversion the green light. I ran across this stock (IRM) on Seeking Alpha while I was looking for other DLR type REITS to possibly buy. There are two IRM articles published very recently on the IRS PLR grant & what it MAY mean for IRM shareholders. One of the articles also mentions in passing the likely hood of consolidation in this REIT space.
I found the articles to be good reads, so much so I started a position in IRM.
Other DLR holders might want to check them out & give their opinions, positive or negative, on IRM as a REIT buy.
Hey, leave avi moron alone. Each day he babbles his MENSA negatives, Mcig shortly gains in share price. He's like Cramer to cream brain, do the opposite of what avi moron says.
Your "person" is just showing ignorance of REIT accounting rules, much as they would if you showed them the figures from a MLP. Hopefully they DON'T do investment advice/tax/accounting work for others. Also they shouldn't be investing their OWN money in REIT & such stocks if that is the state of their "knowledge."
"...probably because of the Sub Prime Malls"
Doesn't do "Malls", Stupid. Which part of free standing, triple net lease, don't you understand?
Oh, all parts----I see, carry on.
I have a position in O which I believe is THE best NNN REIT & one of the best of all the REITs. I have been looking for a REIT to buy that is involved in document storage & document security. The only two I found that offer reasonable yields at this time are DLR & DFT. But neither, in my opinion, is a buy at these prices.
I recently stumbled across IRM as a possibility. They are a document storage & document security company That has been trying to convert to REIT status for 2+ years. They just got a positive PLR to do so. Those who are interested may want to start to do their DD by reading the recent SA articles that discuss the PLR & the imminent conversion. Seems like a good bet for those dividend income investors like me who are looking for a REIT in this industry.
Check out recent articles on IRM on SA. They talk about the future dividend & the special dividend as well. Worth the read(s).
