    What am I missing?

Thanks for the input. I disagree, Idon't believe the economics can support the current price, but maybe you guys have a point. I only shorted 3400 shares at $75.70 on Friday because of the too good to be true factor. I'm currently slightly in the money but all that can change. Good luck to all.

mwhunt, I apologize if I offended you with the $1 valuation. I got carried away when I saw that the company had negative equity and it's current market valuation. Yes... I am looking to short the stock, however, before I do that I would like to do my due diligence. Can you please explain why the share price is at $70+? What is the reasoning behind it? Are shareholders hopefull that Liquid Gas is going to go up? Do they expect LNG to corner the market? ...etc

Am I missing something? When something is too good to be true it usually is… so I ask again… Am I missing something? I have studied this stock for almost a week now and I can not find a reason not to short the #$%$ out of this stock. This company is extremely overvalued and should be in the vicinity of $1.00 plus or minus a dollar and that’s me being generous. The company has negative equity see for yourself (click on Balance Sheet):

Its revenue is going nowhere (click on Income Statement). The company is loosing money fist over hand. They just got a $2.5 billion convertible note which will add to debt and liquefy the shares. Its current price is over $70. It’s in a saturated industry.

Can someone serious please explain to me what I’m missing? Thanks in advance.
