Cellulose is an important structural component of the primary cell wall of green plants, many forms of algae and the oomycetes. Biodiesel is not produced from cellulose! Cellulosic ethanol is not even in our gasoline tanks. Further, fat is not a waste and was never “disposed of”. Rendering is the world’s second oldest profession. Literally though, you got the feedstock part right. Fats primary use before GOVERNMENT DIESEL was (& sill is) used to supplement animal feed -especially poultry. Don’t tell me fat is waste. Do you eat chicken?

The only darft that can handle the large crude vessels in North America is LOOP offshore La. Must be going to the refineries along the Mississippi? US goverment is storing oil in the salt domes again. The KMI terminals in NOLA. are doing fine without crude oil as I suspect most of the tank farms are. A small company Blackwater has storage around NOLA but no crude oil. We can't export it so If you figure it out let us know.
