I am curious to know why they chose to record a non-cash $10.1 million valuation allowance on the Company’s deferred tax assets now, and was it the full amount?
Maybe someone will mention it in the earnings call?
But it definitely sounds good, with a lot of growth momentum.
With the 60% increase in backlog orders compared to last year, I am guessing this will be good.
I don't know the exact details of the FDA submission.
But given that the Phase 3 trial apparently showed efficacy for a large, distinguishable subgroup (please correct me if I am wrong), combined with the fact that there are no adverse side effects, I would say 90%
I believe this is referred to as, 'sell on the news'.
Additionally, most big investors do not like to keep a lot their money 'on hold' waiting months for a major news event (i.e. 'dead money'); with that said, look to buy during the weeks leading up to any potential FDA decision date...that is, if you feel FDA approval will be had.
But possible good news for you ABAT longs; I heard one of ABAT's batteries powered the detonation device; could be a new sales pipeline? ;)
OH, did you believe U.S. shareholders were the "loyal ABAT shareholders" this letter was addressed to?
Ooops! Sorry about that. ;)
Every day, a bigger bargain!
More shares for your dollar.
Calling all fools to buy! buy! buy!
There has been a recent surge in Chinese acquisitions.
If UQM's business dealings in China turns out to be a big enough deal, perhaps another 'deal' might be in the works? I imagine it would all depend on the certification being achieved first.
I thought the company can file without restraint (provided the filing contains all of the necessary, basic data elements that are required of every filing); however, approval of the filing is another thing.
Or is there something I am not aware of?
Third, what are you doing, investing money, if you need to rely on anonymous strangers' posts on a Yahoo message board?
Are you that stupid?
"Light Electric Vehicles (LEV) products" = coal miner lamps ... they are lights, they are electric, and they move with the miner (the 'Vehicle' part)
The stock has had a lot of up-down volatility, so it's not like a big surprise for the stock to move like it has.
If anything, it would provide a buying opportunity for those who believe the stock price will be ultimately higher.
