I read USU shareholders would receive 5% of the new stock.
How did you figure a 1 for 11 conversion?
So that stock you loaded up on at $0.85 per share
Multiply that by 20 to find out at what price you bought those new LEU shares (that is how you convert 5% to 100% ... multiply 5% x 20 = 100%)
$0.85 x 20 = $17.00
Uh Oh, LEU is only trading at $10.50
Hmmm, OK, lets work backwards ... $10.50 / 20 = $0.525 per share
So those of you (theoretically ROSCOE) who loaded up at $0.85 lost a HUGE % on the conversion.
How high will LEU stock price need to go, to get back to ROSCOE's initial purchase of $4.14 per share?
That's right, multiply $4.14 x 20 = $82.80
WOW! Good luck with that!!
"IF ABAT provides profit numbers to the Court, either in private or on record, the Judge will close legal action."
- First of all, you have no idea what you are talking about ... you are referring to a "Status Conference". NO judgement is made at a "Status Conference". A "Status Conference" is simply a casual meeting between the Judge and both parties, to ensure the required documentation has been exchanged between the parties, things are moving along as they should be, and a Final Hearing date can be set; hence, the reason they call it a STATUS Conference. To find out what the status is on how the case is proceeding.
Also, during this Conference, any complaints or requests by either party can be brought to the Judge's attention, upon which the Judge may issue a Court Order for a party to comply (and just because a party is issued a Court Order to comply, does not mean they WILL comply with the Court Order).
How do I know this? I have been a party in an ongoing lawsuit.
- "in private"? last I checked, the location of the case was in the USA; and, unless the divulgence of ABAT financials constitutes some kind of US government classified secrets, numbers provided by ABAT will be on the record.
Please stop with your imaginary, hypothetical, unfounded, future excuses as to why investors will never see any current, valid, ABAT financials.
"2. We thought you would ask for numbers and we're in process of getting them prepared"
- They MIGHT get away with that at a Status Conference, but NOT at the final hearing.
If a party requires more time to prepare their case, that party files a Motion for Continuance PRIOR to the Hearing.
The Motion for Continuance is then heard by the Judge or Hearing Officer, and if they agree the reason set forth by the party is a valid reason for postponing the case, the Continuance will be granted.
If a party simply shows up to court unprepared, too bad - that's it! The Judge will make a ruling based on the evidence presented at the hearing.
"now why do you think you would see it?"
Why would anyone think they can see a trade placed by ROSCOE?
She is a known liar.
Besides, you can't see fake trades placed on the play-trading website WallStreetSurvivor
Don't take anybody's word for it, and look up ABAT's 2014 SEC quarterly filings.
What are you saying now?
ABAT is in bankruptcy court? ABAT's assets are being sold to the highest bidder?
Do you ever read before you post?
The entire settlement is based on the lack of ABAT's funds/assets.
And you expect ABAT to then show Millions in profits?
You still here pumping this garbage?
How is that $4.14 buy-in price doing for you?
I told you that was an unrecoverable mistake.
This must be your first experience with a company that filed bankruptcy.
Oh, and that $4.40 short position I posted back then ... covered @ $1.15
74% gain for me ... 72% loss for you (if you were to sell at the same price of $1.15)
And don't reply with your b.s. about buying more shares and averaging down on the numerous losers you have been pumping, because if that were true, you would have been out of cash a long, long, time ago.
"But these towns are even smaller"
Smaller than what?
Smaller than the towns I know of? Walmart would not survive!
Your general statements are meaningless.
"something doesn't add up"
Did you bother to read the last quarterly filing from the company?
Open it up, and search for the word "bankrupt" -- it's in there!
That's right, the company itself stated bankruptcy is a real possibility.
I have been to many small towns, and I have seen Walmart open up stores in these small towns.
Walmart has never had a problem with finding vacant land or large vacant store lots in these small towns to build their stores in.
This is sounding like a Chinese company I followed years ago, that farmed Tilapia when it was the 'popular fish' of the time.
Happy to say I never invested in the company, because it's stock price went to zero and is gone.
"Judge McMahon asked ABAT representation directly, 'When are you going to file?". The reply is, "When stock value can be realized"."
It doesn't take a genius to figure out, IF the company is earning the profits they pose to be making, then filing financials would be the greatest influence to lure investors into buying shares of the stock and raise the stock price.
However, looking back at the history of the stock price as it relates to ABAT's actions (inactions), with the stock price falling with every passing day that ABAT does not file, I am led to believe the response is referring to the stock price having not gone low enough ... not filing leads to falling stock price ... continue not to file, until the stock value can be realized - yep, they believe the stock price is still overvalued.
"If you are long you see a short seller attack in which constant pressure is being placed on ABAT to trade lower. This includes rogue sale orders at 15% under the BID. One trading day this week I was -$10,000 at the open and +$14,000 an hour into the trading day when just $5000 of total trades had be executed."
"constant pressure" - paranoid much?
"rogue sale orders" - what the heck is that???
OK, lets go along with this unknown term in the professional stock market world ... if there can be a "rogue sale order", then undoubtedly there can be a "rogue buy order" as well, right? Which would explain, not only the valuation of your position to drop by $10,000, but it would also explain the valuation of your position to rise by an even greater amount of $14,000.
Of course, anyone with half a working brain knows, when dealing with a stock that trades in the pennies, just a few-penny movement in stock price can dramatically change the valuation of a position, because it is about percentages, not pennies.
You really should try to get out of that locked closet and go back to school, so you can learn about these 'advanced' mathematical concepts.
"ABAT will have access to selling its products even more"
So because a company that is ALREADY in business, goes public to raise Billions of 'free' dollars, this poster translates that, to one particular, unrelated company represented by a penny stock listing to having greater success.
Yep! The person who drew that conclusion could be referred to as a "no brainer".
Rosco is pumping other stocks as they are getting dumped.
I think her newsletter are meant for shorts, not for longs.
"this was just $10"
First, the price NEVER saw $10
Second, you need to expand your chart out to 6 months. The stock price spent a lot more time in the low $2's than it did anywhere near $10.
I personally would have waited for it to get close to $5 (if not to $5 exactly) ... made my purchase, put in a stop sell at $4.99, and look to sell on a bounce off of $5 ... not a big bounce; maybe to $5.10 or $5.12
But I hope I am wrong, and it works out for you.
1) What are the names and contact information for any of ABAT's customers?
2) How would one go about accessing the information you are referring to as "not old and outdated information"
