    Immunotherapy

Why nothing really new, it is a good ready and reinforcement of why we have invested in immunotherapy.

For me, cancer is so wide spread in my family, it is not a matter of if, just a matter of when. I am now 62. My dad was dead by 65, one uncle at 52, another at 56. My Mom had cancer at 70 and her father was dead by 67.

I can see the future, and I am betting in immunotherapy with both my money and my life.

I, like many, was disappointed in the brain cancer trail results. Have lost two close friends to this. Not good.

  • I like to deal with facts. The 10K and yesterday’s conference reflect positive events. Yet, the market does not support CLDX as reflected by its steep stock price decline. One would expect shorts to be covering their positions as there is now limited opportunity to where we were a few months ago. Short interest increased to 21.7m shares as of Jan 29 from 19.82m from the prior month per Yahoo. Exposed shorts could find themselves in a difficult position. Over the last few days I have had no problems bottom fishing, so shares cheap shares are plentiful.

The recent daily volume has increased as of the last 10 day period from the previous 3 months by a third. Is this due to shorts, or longs liquidating their positions. That is, bailing due to fear or real information not available to the masses. Yahoo reports 89% institutional ownership. So, who is selling and why?

The stock is being sold down or managed down, this is a fact. No reason for CLDX management to do this unless someone is wants to take the company private. Another possibility is this low share price is good for stock option awards to Mgt and as a hiring incentive. Not saying this is happening, just trying to understand what is occurring.

Stock price changes like we are seeing in CLDX don't happen without a reason. What are the facts??

I am making this post, as I really do not know what is driving CLDX share price at this time. If I were researching potential companies to invest in now, CLDX would not be one of them. Yet here I am a long-term holder. Mgt must give new investors a reason to invest into CLDX.

There was no good news either: $591m total deficit, some patents expiring starting in 2016, and lack of FDA approvals such that Mgt cannot predict potential revenue.

While I am and have been very long, after reading today's 10K I understand the lost support and lack of potential buyout.
