I agree, the point is we need to be pressuring the Management to work for the shareholders and they need to be doing deals, making things happen what I see is snail pace and stagnation, the only reason is the management is happy and well fed so they are lazy. There is no motivation to act, we need to tie their bonus packages to shareholder value and increasing balance sheet value. Greed is a good motivator, our shareholders are too busy defending and giving them freebies, there is no motivation for them to do anything.
Paul should step down and let someone with hunger to succeed take over. Someone who is greedy for growth and is paid based on performance and performance only.
