While I am getting laid despite my disabilities, you are here posting #$%$ and playing with yourself. Hope you clean your keyboard periodically. If you need any ideas on a good stock, just ask.
The 382 limitation is a simple concept. You are just a simple mind.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Wednesday is haddock night at our house. Wow, I feel like pork with a 7% rebound today.
Andrea, I found something of yours here when I flipped the mattress. Get me your address or come over and we can see if it's yours. Maybe we can go to that club above the furniture store we went to last time. Toodles.
before I pork her again.
Not shorting here. First, Robert Di Nero loves his place. The real estate is too good. And it's busy on weekends with all the Homecoming kids, etc. Plus the handicap access is appreciated.
If I owned OESX, I would sell it. Keep buying though, luckyjim1933, eventually you can file a 13D. Wow, a 33% down position and you are pumping? I see this forum as entertainment. And you are the court jester.
That is all they are worth--how many of you idiots out there will pay $100 for a lesson on IRC Section 382? If the FMV of the entity at time of purchase was $15MM then the FMV times the AFR rate is the annual limit for the carryforward period. $15MM x 1% = $150,000 per year for maybe 10 years, 15 max. The rest is lost. Sorry you are so unable to comprehend the concept.
If it generates earnings, I am interested. Will the entire Board of Directors rent a Lear Jet to go to the award ceremony?
But they aren't too busy and my dates and I can do the big nasty in the booth while we are waiting for a refill on our never ending pasta bowl. I hardly feel like I even ate by the time we leave. Chianti has to be box variety, though.
thanks for answering my question, you don't know what you speak of.
