I keep all my money working all the time. I currently have my car in the shop with potentially expensive repairs so I had to sell my position in ACET to pay the bill. I am keeping an eye on it, however and will be back in asap.

I'm as curious about people as I am stocks. This security is up over 4% on low volume and you come to tell us that you are cashing out. At the same time you are forecasting doom and gloom for those of us who invested in this company not expecting instant gratification. What does that do for you and what is it supposed to do for us?

Are you alerting us because even though we bought the same security you did that you are a better judge than the rest of us as to when we should sell it? Do you have information to which we are not privy? Do all stocks that you sell collapse afterward? If you are going to presume to offer free advice I think the least you can do is qualify yourself as a credible advisor.

OTOH, if you are a regular Joe and want us to know that you will not be posting on this board any longer then have a nice day and thanks for not telling us which securities you think are about to "break out".

As a stockholder do I want to pay the drivers of my trucks $8,000 more for the same work? OTOH, the last two union jobs I had were for companies that sold out to non-union companies because we weren't competitive.

Oh it's worse than that. I paid $2.40 and bought a ton (2,000 shares). I'm going to sell it next year for $4.80 and remodel the kitchen. I did the same with GOOG (negative book value) and put a master suite addition on to the house. I have a small lot so I built up, over the garage. Bath is in the north end of the room and looks out over kettle moraine forrest from the Jacuzzi.

I have been buying and selling Canadian stocks for many years, consequently I have paid more attention than most investors. I can say without fear of contradiction that the Canadian market is much more honest and forthright than is any of the U.S. indices. Scandal free, if you will. I just bought into this security because I think it is dirt cheap. A portfolio that has all blue chip stocks is not diversified. Risk taking is where the money is made.

I've read so much of your #$%$ that I've decided to click the ignore button on you. I have never done that, ever, to anyone. You are a one trick pony and I've seen the show. Have a good life. I can't imagine you'll be happy because I don't think it's in your DNA.

No, any news is good news. Zack started tracking it and gives it their highest rating of #1 stock to buy. It's just could take a long time to realize it's potential. It's par for the course in this industry.

Someone asked the question recently if your money is safe here. Well punk, is it? On the worst day in months this little stock beat most of the major indices so I'd say Yup, pretty darn safe.

Everyone has their prejudices but when it gets right down to it the price of the ticket is what counts. If it's a quick trip I won't need much and if it's a planned trip I'll UPS my clothes. I'm cheap and so is this stock.

  • I trade through Fidelity so I have access to their research. They give this security a sentiment rating of 9.5 out of a possible 10. I haven't seen it yet but my money can't make money in the cash account so I'll just park it here for the time being.

We got a little attention this week from Zack (for what that's worth) but on a down day the volume was less than average so not everyone wants to get rid of it. I'm calling it good news. I have to, I own it.

This pitiful little stock is the best performer I had today. It's hard to lose money on a stock that only trades less than 50,000 shares a day. Who said this was a "stinker"?

Envi's performance today was less than Optimal..............

I remember that. It was in March of 2009, I bought 1000 shares at $22 and change and sold them in May of 2011 for $45. That probably won't happen again in my lifetime but one can hope! I miss the dividends, however.

I'm sorry you are not a happy investor but I don't think there is anything I can do to help you. If I bought a penny stock twelve years ago I probably would have sold it by now. I lost $50,000 on the IPO of DreamWorks, purchased it again at what I thought was the bottom and lost another $50K. I don't blame dream works. In my experience, if you want reputable companies with good corporate governance invest in Canadian companies. I have never lost money on a Canadian stock.

I am in at $1.60 so the likelihood of being "suckered" is remote at best. I, being a retail investor, usually do my own DD, but I made an exception in this case and doing DD after the fact is folly. I am not sure from your post exactly who setup whom but until I lose money I'm going to use my time finding another security in which to invest. Good luck !

I hold a substantial position in this stock based solely on the recommendation of a stock guru that I trust. He has no information on why the price of this security fluctuates so much without any news at all. Does anyone have any insight into this question or is the flux just exaggerated due to my large position?
