ADXS = a pump and dump scam

When Moore was head of the circus, loaning money, receiving stock and warrants, running up debts with Patterson and the vaccine manufacturer, issuing options, pitching the company to specialized venture capitalists, signing toxic financing deals (FIFO), burying negative news in quarterly reports, etc... sure, this looked like every other P and D. The reverse split came...all value lost..one massive dump. The company finances and its survival were a time bomb. New management brought new credibility and along w/tough decisions. More padding to more pockets and a rocky start...sure...but always sticking to a game plan which developed after the Moor(e)on left with his daughter. ADXS worked on developing multiple indications, filing for FDA OD designations, establishing partnerships with big pharma, and most importantly, bringing in competent and qualified management to run the R/D/Clinical programs.
    According to your theory:
Dr. Mauro left MERCK as head of their PD-1 development team to work at a small, sub-30 mil cap company in little ole' NJ for a pump and dump scheme. You think so? Now, I know i was critical of this company back when. I lightened the load and waited until after the r/s and some indication O'Conner was for real. Then ADURO, made a huge deal for very similar technology (first sign this company may be for real) and thought ADXS has more to offer. Mauro was the clincher (big win for O'Conner credibility). Specifically, Mauro is a very qualified doctor/scientist with a tremendous amount of SUCCESSFUL experience and relationships in oncology development. He isn't "feeling his way" through
Those that have invested in this company understand it has been a questionable and rocky road to get HERE. But right NOW is a MUCH better time than it was "back then." Where were your warnings 2-3 years ago? Those falling for the current "scam" are up more than 100-250%. What "scam" are you falling for?
"All up from here?" No. But if the drug works and trials well...
