    Stealing business

GC was before they increased cash by $6M. I seriously don't that it will remain there when they have a full audit again. The concern was addressed. Hopefully they don't P through that money.

The lease on the building is something like $45K. If they want they can pay monthly till it expires, They can sublease it. Non event in my mind.

Severance for CEO already expensed. I believe we all know that the CFO is going to expensed in this quarter.

I believe that Zak's pointed out your last point about the Carb business. That moving away from the metal bending business and into the new segment was a smart move. Regulations only work in the future, they will find a way around it. Just like the keystone pipeline, tied up with regulations, they ship by rail.

I think the new CEO and CFO will address your concerns. We'll just have to see what happens. If you were correct, then inventory and pre-paid should have dropped. They both increased. Other states are insisting on meeting stricter standards, that inventory, if any will be used somewhere.

Well I'm sure you have your agenda to address and none of what I posts supports it. keep digging maybe you will find something real.

I have the same question as chewy. Why is Sept 2012 important to you? Can you explain? I just want to see the Hardman's get some money and get those 5M shares of the PVA deal. If they can take that public, BMGP will be off and running.

They rolled out the line in late June. They ramped up for something. This company is no where near BK and you know it. They have $10M in current assets greater than current liabilities. They burned only $500K last quarter. They just cut out $300K of having two CFO's and eliminated the cost of a leased building.

I don't know what planet you are from, my guess Uranus. How could there be sales reported if they just announced the line in late June.

They are spending R&D on the future. If they had to, they could eliminate that and just produce Honda parts forever. I would like that business. $3.90M in operating profits. I could easily service the debt and run that show. But market opportunities are out there and they just stuck their toe in the water. If after the next few quarters, they show no improvement in the new filters, then we will have to evaluate.

But right now, the signs point at improvement and you don't like that.

Looking at where they spent money, kind of shows you were they are headed. When I look at the Balance sheet and Income statement, two things stuck out. First they spent $530K in research over 2013 in the second quarter. Now had they stuck with the same costs as they had in 2013, they would have almost broke even.

They also increased inventory by $750K since the beginning of the year. That inventory moves in the third quarter. I think it's careless when guys like dbtunr flop around things on the balance sheet. The current assets are much greater than the current liabilities.

If they cut back on R&D to 2013 levels, this company is at breakeven. I would not be scared out of my position by nonsense. I think it's important to see what sales of the new line are and where management see's it headed. As for cost that a new line carry, that shows up in Inventory first and they increased pre-paid by $400K. Already factored in last quarter and they cut $700K in expenses at the same time.

There will be some additional one time events this next quarter. But looks like clean sailing afterwards and since the street cares more what you'll be doing six months from, I believe the share price already has this factored in.

$18K are you nuts? That's maybe what they are worth. Here is my history:

    Buys and sells:

    10,000 @ .065 = $650 Many moons ago
    6M shares @ .0005= $3,000

    3M shares @.006= $18,000K

    6M shares @ .0016 = $9,600

I invested $13,250. Net out $18K and still own 9.001M shares. I now have an average cost of .0015 and pocketed $4,750. I can sell my 9M shares for $18K today and take you out for a full body wax.

If you were patient here, you can make money. I'm doing the same thing on BMGP shares. Own 3M shares at an average cost of .0016. Not as profitable as BIEL, but that party just getting started.

Only mistake I made was not selling all my Biel when it ran up to .008 range. Who knew?

When will they release something? Been almost 4 months and no word. Today's volume, may indicate news on the way. I have traded this a number of times. Fully locked and loaded with 9M shares. Now let's bring those arms to bear and take this to the penny land.

The way I understood it, they would either have to revalue the warrants and that would definitely showed a profit or the warrants get exercised and they have more cash.

I can show several companies where the revaluation hid loses, because of warrants. The warrants got exercised here, I think it was a sound play and I'm still happy to be up more than .20 a share.

You question DD. Why are you not questioning your poor DD. It's clear you are posting slanted stuff. If you are proud of that, so be it.

I will hang onto my shares. Sometimes you have to trust those who have a record. Yours no so good lately. Since you went in and read my posts, I read yours. Why did you pump this stock with the Russell index stuff. Didn't you have the same concerns about "going concern"?

I think you the one with a character flaw. Maybe you need to work on that. I'm actually happy that I it's worked out, where we now see this company, not as a quick trade. How many companies have this kind of potential with less than 20M fully deluded shares.

If they got booted out, why did they seek a third party to take over the one year lease? It does seem a lot of bogus comments are being made here. All negative. Half the stuff makes no sense.

Hit $13 a little while ago. Wish we still had the second 600K shares. The former CEO was an idiot on the leased building agreement.

Biel is a under capitalized company that thought they could short cut the FDA process. I would agree with everything you state, except for one fact, I know the product works.

I'm not here to convince anyone to buy shares. It probably would have been wiser of the Whelans, to have taken this straight to info commercials and forgot about the FDA approval process.

Last question, if this is a scam, what exactly are the Whelan's getting out of it now? Their bills out pace the dilution. So why would they continue? I believe the real scam here, is the FDA. The roadblock started there. Why?

Everything JN touched has been cursed. I remember when they did a video and used his daughter to promote the Allay. Many of us longs, that have been here from the days of Iron, know the story too well. Some of us have average down and now own millions of shares.

But I haven't walked away completely, because I believe the product works. You have every right to bash this stock. They haven't produced what we all thought they would. But no one here can say that the product is a scam.

    This took 3 seconds:

    New post:

Let's stay focus and forget about the bashers. You waste your time, playing these stupid games. Maybe time to leave Yahoo to the morons. I understand that a small sub penny, can only lure, the least intelligent. Because if you had two nickels to rub together, you would not be here every day. Children, time TO GROW TF up. Who cares what tederrick states or IG. They probably get paid by the reply, so if you want to put them out of business, just ignore them.

If you are long, then act like you got some brains. Because simply put, you have wasted 5 years of your life on this one. So if it's real, then after this much time, you just have to stay to your convictions.

I don't think they are going the FDA route anymore. First the medical device tax is an issue. So are companies figuring out a way around this $30B a year tax? If BIEL was smart they would. Put your energy into only good, because what you are doing right now isn't working. If terrick keeps a newbie away, so what, then we buy those cheap shares up.

Try ignoring the bashers and do more DD. If they post a reply that you don't like, copy your post, remove it, and repost it, key here since you removed it, yahoo will not let you post it again, unless you make a small change to it. I have been doing this strategy on other boards and it works great. Make the basher work twice as hard. They cannot link anything to your post this way. Work smart here. We can take back this board. Bashers please reply to this so, I can show how easy this works.

I copied, made a small change and reposted the message. It does erased the supporting posts,, however, if you are below my post, you can copy yours and make a small change and that remove it and repost your reply. It actual is fun creating ways to screw with them. Waste their time and you can say bye, bye. Now they can do that with their posts also, so this way you won't be eager to spend minutes creating something stupid that they can erase.

    Time to grow up.

If shorts want a lesson in life, this is the kind of stock that will give them one they won't forget. 95% controlled by insiders. No wonder they used this shell, they get full control and the benefits of multiple valuations. I was always curious as to why take over a shell with 70M shares, now we know the answer, because they controlled 80% of it already. Lucky for us, they allowed us 5% ownership.

    You hit a nerve.

  • Already has some of this news priced in . Company doing $100M in revenues normally are not valued at $3.6B. The key here is we are now on every big pharma's radar. They know Frost has a number in mind.

I see this as a good fit for JNJ. Would Frost accept a $20B number today? Today's news, validates a $9+. Let's hear what they got to say tomorrow. Paying a pre-premium as investors have, comes with these days, where good news, is only validation that we didn't over pay.

I remember they were always the last to announce numbers. What gives that they moved this up to a more respectable date to give numbers? I may add tomorrow.
