I know going in with spanspur...aka roryrae, that he's a weasel. That he cannot stay on point and will use diversion. It did surprise me that he didn't know the countries in the acronym.

Last quarter they did $503.5K. Lost $650K when you include interest. They definitely need to show some growth.

First it's non Brick, it's BRICS (Brazil, Russia,India,China and South America) So since I know the acronym and you don't, that kind of makes you look stupid. Sad that you thought the first letter stood for Britain.

The dollar is back by nothing., It's debt. Every dollar printed is debt. It's an IOU. When you start to comprehend, it will be too late.

    China Is Exporting Deflation

You are self made up. I will give you that. Since you don't have a clue on what is going on, I will help you out here.

I do believe China wants to assume “a” if not THE reserve currency status in the future. They know they possess more gold than the U.S.. Would it not make sense to devalue your currency and even make it undervalued for the start of a new system for competitive reasons? Yes I know, they do not have enough gold to back the yuan currently …at current price. Will they pull a page out of FDR’s playbook and revalue gold higher since they are the largest hoarder in the world? Could they confiscate from their loyal citizens to leapfrog their holdings even further? Remember, the tried and true way(s) out of deflation are to print, devalue (versus neighbors AND gold) and of course go to war. Whether you want to believe it or not, we are now at war both financially and technologically. Unfortunately, financial and trade wars often times turn into hot wars. China just fired a shot heard ’round the world for those listening and it was not a celebratory shot by any means

But do you have a clue. So far, you are just looking at our side of the story. This is a big world and the USA has had it to easy too long. I notice you don't say anything when we print and shove that inflation around the world.

Your answer is trade restrictions. That is exactly what they did in the 1920's. How that work out? I would not be surprised if China, does the unthinkable. That they offer to buy gold at a huge premium, you think we have problems now?

This was a very calculated move by China. Kerry is out there telling the world that unless we agree to the Iran deal, the dollars days are numbered.

There is too much debt in the world. That is what China is telling the world right now. Before you post, first understand history. You are a dangerous little fella, with a peanut for a brain.

No one told you to buy AKS at $6.50. In fact billy warned you several times. Interesting gold and sliver trading higher.

Companies brag all the time how they raised capital. How do we know, it wasn't AP who took those shares? They maybe real happy if they not only merge here, but also see a street welcome sign.

The only two id's on this board talking the same trash are you and spanspur. You both seem single focused on that dilution.

As for my shares, that is private. You actual would be very surprised at what I own.

More Details for Ap Exhaust Technologies Inc

Categorized under Mufflers and Exhaust System Manufacturers. Our records show it was established in 1998 and incorporated in North Carolina. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $50 to 100 million and employs a staff of approximately 250 to 499.

This does make some sense. I would vote yes, if we don't give the farm away. If they have $75M in revenue and margins of 30% and we are treated like equals. They would bring to the table the cash needed to move to the next level? This would maybe make this a $8 stock. It would benefit in buying power, which is something Harris has mentioned. That margins of both companies would improve. They could maybe shift some production to AP site and down size CA operations. So far I see only downside, of what we have to give away. Would AP private lenders, be interested in 16M shares or would they want more? Who runs the company, do we end up with two CEO's again?

Upset? So when you lose money, you retaliate like three year old's. All it sounds like the spanspur and beendown ID are rethinking how stupid they sound, how the facts don't add up and now you are making up excuse for being losers. Love the line about being objective investor. Last week spanspur was claiming the lender was forcing CDTi int BK.

You view CDTi as a shell? Why would CDTi allow a private company to merge with them and unless they have contracts and capital, can you explain how that would make sense?

5K trade low and then the 50% increase.

Not that spanspur is not entertaining, but he just invents words. So my question, could they partner with BASF, JM, Unicore? These three companies handle 90% of the coating. One of them might have aspirations to capture 50% of the market. They could get 25% ownership in CDTi at a cheap price and later take it over.

The large hold back on share value, is the balance sheet. A couple new slides were in the presentation and the company knows that they have to firm up the balance sheet. Partnership or selling an asset all get us to firmer ground. Management wanted in place the rewards, that is now done. I hope they hand them out at $5+, giving longs the satisfaction that they didn't make a mistake. I am coming up on my one year hold. Would love to have appreciation locked in with a 15% rate.

    FDA SE within 90 days?

My understanding they would not file this, until the FDA ruled.

90 days, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Would Braun step in and buy it? I bet also the company is using this to dilute. Nice to see intelligent discussion.

Spanspur is telling us one minute he owns 80K shares and when things look bad for him, he changes his story. I have to agree with billy, show us your trades. Otherwise, you are down over $160K on CDTi from the recent highs. Just a few days ago you stated you owned more shares then insiders. So were you lying then or now?

Billy getting negative? That's new. The Honda increase sales, may not hit the bottom line till this quarter. I'm waiting to see what they say and what the analyst ask. Maybe a nice surprise still awaits us. I took this as a buying op this morning. I believe GM has to be mulling this over. The testing sounded like it's wrapped up.

I'm sure investigirl replies to every free tampon she receives. If the product didn't perform well, the negative replies would poor in. If you are not happy, you reply more often. Human nature is what it is. I just recently got back in. You have to trade this one.

The FDA decision has to be close. I do not want to chase, so I loaded up. Not as cheap as last time. Keep your fingers crossed.

    Honda Growth was steller

Acura could turn over their sports utility lines. They sell about 10,500 of these a month with the two models. I like where you wrote, "we have to read it, to find what's in it". Wish Spanspurs girl friend Nancy had followed that advice.

Anyone send flowers to dbtunr about his RVM investment. Kind of silenced him and took that hot air out of that him. He must have suffer huge losses. Driiving our average costs down here, to the $1.70 range was the smart thing to do. I bought 2500 shares yesterday, giving me a nice round number.

The key for me, knowing the history of this company and the reverse splits. This time around, they have kept the share count very low. 15M shares is a drop in the bucket. That is the one telling sign, that this time they are prepared for growth. One OEM deal away from $6 a share, is the way I look at it.

It will be an interesting day tomorrow. The 2016 models are up for grabs. Do any fall our way, is the $1.63 question.

I concur. It explains exactly why someone would bash something they own. They lost it do to gambling with the houses money. The puzzle is there to solve. It explains why spanspur bashed WG at $8 to $13, claiming he own shares. Well at one time he did own shares. You do not bash as intensely as spanspur and beendown does, unless you got hurt.

The margin guys get it handed to them and when they get financial wings clipped, they immediately start to bash. Margins would be called around the $1.75 area, if your numbers are right. At $1.94 the beendown id was down near $10K on what he showed us.

Billy when news came out that they hired a vp, the GS id posted immediately he owned 5K shares. When it open flat, that post disappeared. I also want to share with you, that beendown was crying last week after to embarrassed him so badly.

You never margin a stock that is losing money. You wait for buying opportunities and don't play with house money. Rory learned the hard way, spanspur is now getting schooled for the third time and beendown seems lost in space here.

The difficult part is assigning a number to the mining side. But the way you are doing is a fair way to see the overall picture of buying additional shares today. Can I go on LVVNF site and say am buying shares at .13 and have an new average cost of .20? No because I didn't take into account the average I paid for the SVACF shares.
