    New Executive of Sales Added

    by spanspur 11 hours ago

    David,

As spanspur rants. He also claims to own 80K shares of this. Does that make sense?

If you can figure this guy out good luck. I see a person, who wants to argue no mater what the situation. Spanspur was pumping this at $6, today at $1.70 he is bashing it. Have fun with spanspur, most of us just ignore him. The hilarious part, if this would take off, he will be filling our ears, that he made $600K.

Why did GS erase his post this morning. He immediately claimed he own 5K shares, then when it opened flat, the eraser came out. I guess he's saving the BS for anytime, he things CDTI might run, so he looks a little bit smarter.

Will you listen to me? You gave them a time out for 10 days. That didn't work. So go out and hit those 300 yard drives and enjoy Florida. You made enough the past few years, to start having fun.

They wear you down with the dumbest stuff. Our fault for engaging. You kind of hope that the beendown id had some common sense and not an agenda. But it never fails, they show sooner then later, the complete nonsense.

Well we gave beendown the opportunity to show that he had a brain. That clearly didn't last very long. The devil is in the details and I liked your point about 2016 is not far off, in meeting Tier 3. Acura seems happy with CDTI and Honda, has to understand that CDTI cannot keep diluting and supply filters to them.

    Beendown,

The material thing was the extension, the details are in the 2q.

"I would say yes wait". You talking to yourself? Roryrae give it a rest, you sound like a idiot and the more you post, the more it confirms it.

The 8K was filed to tell us no significant terms were changed and the extension time. Then they go on to say that the details will of the contract are in the 2Q filing.

You fixated on the word "terms" and that is what you are hanging your hat on. Maybe you need to look up what "terms" in a contract indicates.

Billy has stated he is speculating, on the fact that they didn't give us all the details till we see the earnings. Zach;s even jump at the conclusion that expansion door is now open. I think you just don't understand the word "terms" means.

Apparently you never had a law class. The word "terms" would the dates of deliveries, the payment method, things along these lines.

I notice how to save face here, you are taking a stance that no added lines will happen. I expected that. Since you didn't have a clue on the process of when they have to notify investors, you taking a 50% shot here and saying no way. This will allow you to be vocal later. Even though billy has stated that this is speculative. We kind of already know how you work.

Well what happens if Acura increases lines, will you be a grown up?

You had no point. None that I can get from it. At least billy does his research before he comments.

Did the company state that more details would be in the 2Q? Is there a chance that Honda made some addition lines available? That is billy's point.

My reply was exactly what was called for. Beendown you were wrong on what is material and when they have to inform us. Billy made the excellent post, that when they landed the TLX line, there was no SEC filing. But even common sense posts like that, seem to have zero impact on your preconceived view. We were wondering when roryrea would make your ID an antagonistic one. Never takes very long. Does it!

Public disclosure laws? They certainly can ask you to wait. Where have you ever seen any company make a disclosure of adding another line. They are under no obligation to update investors. Do you see apple telling us ahead of time, their new lines in any sec filing?

Billy has stated several times that this is speculation on his part. That it's because they are somewhat secret on what the new deal detailed. If Honda wanted this not known till later, CDTI is under no obligation to inform us. However once they start producing any new lines, they have to update. That's how it works. It could be goose egg or it could mean 10K additional vehicles or something in between.

Billy you are wasting your time with this board. You know roryrae cannot have an intelligent discussion. Why even attempt?

This is exactly what you said would happen in metals. Load up on the short side. Allow all the paper shorting to take place. I think on Monday, we have a blow out, a Black Monday and would look to cover that short position and buy the miners.

This has been the best few days in the markets as I can remember. India buying starts in a few weeks, so they have to shake as many out as they can. Plan, execute and deliver. Spanspur went long gold yesterday and he's getting crushed.

Good points billy. This is why they needed the ray Id to question you. The other id's have so much baggage of claims, that they can never show anything real.

Roryrae always was a demanding little guy. Posting questions and then asking in the same post, why you haven't answered. "I'm waiting" both spanspur and Roryrae both use this same exact terms.

Hilarious that they want you to show everything, while they can only pretend.

Yet there are shortages everywhere. Lucky for some of us, we followed billy's advice and loaded up on the one Jr. miner that is up 71%. Stayed away from GS pick, RVM.

Here's what I think is fair

    by billyteex1 Jul 10, 2015 1:36 PM
    arql07 arql07 Jul 12, 2015 8:22 AM Flag

So to make us whole in your eyes on Tuesday, VAC at the moment of birth is .313 and LVN .156 divided by 1/2 = .313..

This is one nanosecond before the big bang and then it trades at what the street feels is the two should be. So if you have 10,000 share @.47 right now they are worth $4,700.

    10,000 x .313 = $3,130
    5,000 x .313 = $1,565

    Very close to your $4,700.

So trying to stay with your theme here and your valuations. Should we be looking for .313 opening on each company? This is where I lose you, you say the street will determine that number. So then what is your .313? You call it PV.

This is what I see others doing. I see them looking at what FV will be for the mining side. What the street may feel the mining is worth. Most feel that a value around $20M. Small premium to their cash and investments. If we can agree that there will be 116M shares, that puts this at .17. (Which is .085 of our PV)

To keep our PV that would mean that VAC will need to open up at .385.

Some are looking at it after the big bang and you are looking at it before the big bang. Which is more important?

Do you for a second think that .313 for LVN mining is real? So why are you calculating that number. See right now their is no VAC and LVN. They are combined, so your number is moot. Can you see your .313 is not a starting point for anything?

There will no time where your .313 is important to us. Because before the big bang, we are worth .47, after some other value. The only investors using your .313, will be anyone paying .47 a share. They will have a "basis" of .313 for those shares. If you paid .36 your "basis" will be .24/.24. You are calculating the "basis" for share bought at .47.

If this doesn't help, I'm lost with you. If VAC opens up a t .313, it will be undervalued and if LVN opens up at .313, it will be overvalued. That is the reality of your number.

The split is 1/8 and 7/8 approximate. Not 1/3 and 2/3. 116M and 747M shares will be trading Tuesday. You may hold 1/3 more shares, the bigger picture is you also have been diluted 515M shares.

The 69.1% that the insiders of Sci-vac get, do matter on valuation strategies and seeing the synergy of those additional shares get factor in here.

    K9uwa,

For the life of me, I have read both of your posts and you are all over the road here. You go from telling us .30/.30, to 2/3 and 1/3 ratios and then the markets will determine this like an IPO.

I think what you are not grasping here is the 515M shares that Scivac get's added to the equation. We all know how many shares we own. Something has to give on the market cap, to absorb all these shares and keep us in our same position.

As some here have posted, they are looking at the value of the smaller asset and determining what's a fair price and then hoping the Sci-vac side of things picks up the rest of the valuation we currently hold. Everyone wants to know, what is a good deal Tuesday for us and what would not be a good deal. A starting point.

Your math assumes that all that was created here is 1/3 increase in shares. When in reality , we have additional 515M to also justify.

"Sybil" good one billy. That does describe Spanspur/Roryrae connection. Maybe Spanspur actually believes that Grandslammer, Raymond id's are real. Spanspur posted about some vagrant taking $300K out of his glove box. In his mind these events happen. Just like to him GS and Raymond are real in his mind.

Recall on ASTX board, roryrae posted you killed lltnvest. In his mind he thought that was real. However later Sybil resurrected lltinvest. Spanspur does the exact same thing here. One day we will find out that the vagrant returned his $300K.

I think we need to treat him with white gloves. Play along with his delusional tendencies. Accept that in his mind, he's made $345,678 on a investment. Maybe then he will seek out the help. The guy cannot distinguish reality. Look he use to tell us, he talked to birdies. How stable can he be?

I'm going to accept his alter states of reality. Pad him on the back. Say nice job. As long as he believe these things are real, we actually can help him.
