This was an easy call. The day traders moved this higher and so you have to out smart them at their game. I can now buy back 75% more when I feel this has settled.
You dig up the fact that I was on the BIEL board a while back and made your little dig here. I would not even had alert this board of the nice move today, had you not made it personal. You're correct it isn't any of your business and next time keep your opinions to yourself. Biel turned it around and averaging down on good ideas, can be profitable. Talking smack about some stupid move temps made in 2010 listening to the stalags and blaming current longs, that's priceless.
We still have a great opportunity here. You only have regrets. Cannot wait till BMGP breaks out and we get the last laugh again. Only losers hang around blaming others for their stupidity. Have a good weekend.
I don't follow your point. The stock traded for a long period at the lower levels and I was a buyer. All I said in my post, I was buying shares at this level, I didn't imply my average costs was .0004. Grow up tempelariat. It seems you are so bent on investors losing money, because you did. BTW my average cost on BIEL was below .001. Do you like apples?
I would like to see a nice jump in revenues. I still use my Actipatch nightly. Replaced the battery for the third time. The durability is 10 times better than earlier ones I bought years ago. The gift at .0005 range was just that. It will be interesting to see if sales have picked up. It's a shame the FDA was so dishonest on classifications in the past. No F______ common sense.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I believe Temps was making fun that I owned BIEL. After many years I am finally profitable. I have about 6M shares of BIEL. Been buying in the .0004-.0005 range. Yesterday they had the reclassification of their patch changed to class II. Now they can reapply for FDA approval and that could be a huge winner. Always nice when one of vmax's ids has to eat crow.
I believe the revaluation on the Dinar is inching closer. The volume on BIEL picked up about a week before the FDA news. I notice the volume here also picked up here lately and watch late this afternoon if that continues.
Excellent post. Heard about this from a friend. Started buying around .54. Very exciting knowing who's involved here. On the dips I will keep buying. When will they vote on name change? Looks like soon and the company should have a game plan. From similar trials, what I like best is how fast they could wrap up a ph1 trial. Results could be out in less than a year on ph1 patients.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Do you have proof of this. Every Friday when there's selling, we hear this same excuse. Get's old hearing the same excuse. Just plugged Warrant holder into the search engine for yahoo. I find this board full of excuses. No where do you see so many posters with excuses for everything. If you get taken on this stock, just remember you gave excuses all the way.
Has this company ever filed a quarter update on time? Last quarter they had $7,000 in revenues or $538 a week in sales. Could it be that low? I'd be careful, if they don't produce a return on time, it could cause a stampede. What are longs thinking about the numbers for the 4Q?
Doesn't that raise some red flags? It sure looks to me at the least they will need another ph2. If this drug was so important to the cancer center in Tampa, why so slow enrollment? No one in two years stepped forward and partnered this drug?
I'm sorry I want to believe, just cannot. If you take the greed out this equation, the math just doesn't add up. I understand you only want to hear what you want to hear.
This is also on the webpage:
10) Will the FDA announce when a drug has been granted breakthrough therapy designation?
FDA will not disclose information regarding sponsors who submitted requests for or who have been granted or denied breakthrough therapy designation. Breakthrough therapy designation requests are typically submitted to an IND, and the FDA cannot disclose the existence of an IND, or any submissions that have been submitted to the IND, unless it has previously been publicly disclosed or acknowledged per 21 CFR 312.130(a).
Opps I read my first post and did state from the beginning. I want to clarify that a little. That was the wrong word. I believe the beginning is when this drug sat around for a few years and didn't go anywhere.
I'm sorry but you rationalize everything. They picked your pocket and you want to give them a pat on the back. Who said this was planned from the beginning? I just saying this doesn't pass the smell test.
To many things here went on that locked the retail in. The Cusp change, the timing of both pro and con replies. Here's the $600M question, when did they receive the FDA letter? To pull off the perfect heist, you need confusion...can we agree on that? I understand that you cannot allow any logic to deter you from making a million bucks here.
The best part of this scheme, is plausible deniability from all parties. they should make a movie of what has happen the past week. I'd pay $9 to see it again...make that $25, I want popcorn and big drink.
I would love to pull the trigger again, a few days ago, I was thinking this was headed to $60. But then again only one poster here sees the BIG PICTURE.
This whole thing was orchestrated from the beginning. Find a company with old info, know of a small FDA loophole. This smells. I have no ax to grind, I sold at a profit. I'm just am a observer and think something stinks. The best part, there wasn't any deep pockets holding shares, like institutions. Just retail customers who want to believe.
The real smell test comes when it tanked and how both the company and analyst news hits at same time. The poor retail didn't know what to do and even bought into this a second and third time. $600M vanished.
If the VitD drug and the growth hormone drug get approved. Plus they have a decent rollout of 4KScore. We could be looking at a company selling maybe $8B a year and netting something like $4B profits. With 400M shares, the earnings would be around $10 a share and PE of 18, this could be a $180 a share stock. That sound about right? Maybe dreaming, but these are realistic numbers on approval. Maybe even conservative. These insiders are buying for a reason.
