    bounty-hunter-45 Seems to me you do not even understand the wording of SEC filings or you issue false Statements by purpose. The last 10Q was filed on November 15, 2013 covering therefore everything up September 30.2013.

    bounty-hunter I knew, when pressed then you are lost. There is no Investigation going on and the only legal proceeding presently is the one we all know: J&J versus DECN. What you tried to sell on this Forum is a old case which goes back to acts from the Prior Management.
    I recommend, that you read the last 10Q:
    The
    company maintains substantial insurance coverage against suits that may arise over issues of damaged, recalled or counterfeit product,
    suits against its directors and officers, general liability, advertising liability and other product liability issues. The company has also
    been a victim of the unapproved acts of prior management. These acts have resulted in claims from individuals and entities since the
    Board relieved former management of duty in 2006. Nonetheless, these claims have resulted in the use of management time and
    company resources to investigate, litigate, or settle. In addition, the company accrues contingent legal fees and product liability fees.
    As of September 30, 2013, our accrual was $170,069.
    From time to time, the company may also be subject to demands from individuals or entities. These demands and disputes may
    consume management time and company resources. Other than as noted below, if there is such a disclosure, there are no pending
    matters at the current time that in management’s judgment may be considered potentially material to us.

    bounty- and when did this Investigation start and what period does it cover? Interesting as such that the Major-witness is dead so at least this one cannot be pressed into a Polygraph Test.

    bounty-hunter. I would say from my POV that you crossed the Rubicon. You not only wrote you have been told -which is third Party language and of no use - but the other text is of use: Here your text: The company is being investigated for Medicare Fraud. This is a firm Statement and goes beyond the usual bashing text. I doubt, that anonymity is granted under such circumstances.

    bounty-hunter - and in this post you seal your words by writing: Is being investigated so with this Statement you insinuate that actually such a process in in full force. Well, then I leave it to others what to make out of such an Statement. Good luck.

    bounty-hunter: As you write: You are told: Who told you that there is a Medicare Investigation? Investigation about what? Who told you about Stock Manipulation? What Kind of Manipulation? That the stock went down? and finally what do they owe to the FEDS? For not filing?
    Unfortunately it would be useless to start an Action against you by constantly spreading rumours which as a matter of fact could be interpreted by some, Manipulation of People for selling their stock and therefore depressing the stock and so forth and so forth. We call this damage of Reputation. But what would it bring: Nothing - only costs - because one cannot get Money out of somebody who has no Money and I guess you belong to this camp.

    Just one small example:

    instaCare Corp. vs. Ronald Kelly, et. al. (“Kelly”)

    In July of 2005, the Company filed a complaint in the United States District Court, for the Central District of California (Case Number CV 05-4932-RSWL), against Ronald Kelly, Linda R. Kelly, Kimberly Kelly, and Kelly Company World Group, Inc., seeking damages for:

    1.
    Fraud;
    2.
    Declaratory Relief;
    3.
    Breach of Fiduciary Duty;
    4.
    RICO violations;
    5.
    Injunctive Relief;
    6.
    Conversion;
    7.
    Breach of Contract/Breach of Corporate Merger Agreement; and
    8.
    Accounting and Ancillary Relief.

    On December 18, 2006, the United States District Court, for the Central District of California ordered, adjudged and decreed that the Company shall have judgment against Kelly in the amount of $200,000, pursuant to the stipulation of the parties.
    In addition, pursuant to a mutual release agreement executed by both parties, Kelly waived any right, claim or ownership interest in any shares of common stock of the Company. Kelly returned 31,958,000 (pre-reverse split) shares of common stock to the Company which were placed in one of the Company’s majority owned subsidiaries. The Company has recently stepped up its efforts to collect on this judgment.

    I think you will agree with me, those who had to return the Shares back to the Company and paying a huge fine based on the court decision cannot longer be considered friends of the Company. It is not all of this sorry saga, but at least something which explains certain things.

    I for my part started to wonder already some months ago why DECN is the play-ball of some bad wishers who only have 1 interest that DECN will not succeed in their battle against J&J. It is of course clear, that only NON-Shareholders could have destructive thoughts, because nobody his hurting his own Investment. That is for sure.

    Anonymity can always bring out the worst of human beings this is known and so then some Play the henchmen for those who are feeding them.

    The reasons can all be found in the Curriculum of instaCare Corp.This was the Name of the Company before it changed to Decision Diagnostics. People had to leave or were thrown out and of course as always when a power-struggle takes place in Management, the Controlling shareholders have to take a side for one or another Party.

    So the ghosts of the past are still Walking around and simply cannot get over it. Some tried other ventures that failed terribly and some had to return Shares which did not belong to them.

    The new LionsTact

    Lions-Tact became the mouthpiece of Matthew, allias Bounty, allias Goldstein. What a joke this guy is. First he creates a mess on Yahoo with paid Bashers Scams and then he is using over on I-Hub Lions Tact to write for him. Everybody reading Lions - Tact on message boards of other companies, knows that this guy has no brain besides the ever repeating LOL and is not very articulate in texting but at least since Matthew, Bounty-Goldstien is dictating the text it becomes more readable. It is the absolute joke that goes on here.

    bounty-hunter. Somehow you are funny. Everybody writing here and having an opinion must be an Insider or a fool being bullish on DECN. But then your write in a style that a neutral Reader could Interpret that you are an Insider, otherwise what you write does not make sense. Credibility once lost, forever lost and your for sure. Comes to it, that you certainly belong to the Group who was thrown out of DECN and you certainly are Close or even involved to the group who had to return Shares, based on a court verdict. This of course would then explain your personal Vendetta against the Company.

    bounty - hunter. It is common knowledge that social media opens the door for all Kind of allegations because those issuing it are working out from the dark rooms. It is common knowledge as well that ex shareholders ex employees you Name them all who have a personal Vendetta against somebody within a Company of course using this Kind of Networks. But as I said and others as well. People using this Kind of possibility have reached to low Point in life. I hope, that once the saga J&J versus DECN is settled, that the Company goes against them all. Immunity or Anonymity under certain circumstances will then be lifted. Would not be the first time it is Happening, there are about 50 cases a month were Yahoo, I-Hub and others have to disclose the names. What you may Forget: With such Kind of allegations you not only would then have the attacked Company in your neck, I would guess some shareholders have deep pockets enough to go after those for reasons I think I do not have to explain here. And a final question: When have those accountants been interiewed by the SEC? If so, the result would have been positive for DECN or did you miss the letter when they swapped the accountants? Your behaviour here is like you acted when it was posted that J&J used a "faked Witness". You were the one who came up and denied it and asked for evidence, although it was already all over the board and every fool could have go to Pacer and read the letter from J&J. Seems to me, you just hate DECN or the Management and for this reason you lost your mind.
