Just got in today against my better judgement, I usually don't try to catch falling knifes but this is a broken stock not a broken company. In the long term this is going to be a winner, going to keep buying on the way down at 10% increments. I think some of the downward acceleration is due to Margin calls and FEAR
stock holders are the last in line in bankruptcy. Depending on their debt load and the amount of bond holders you may not get anything. Creditors and bond holders are first in line.
I agree with most of your post. I am a user of their products, they are very good and provide awesome results. However, good products done always equate into good stock. I am bothered by the excessive amount of celebrity deals and the acceleration of stock dilution. Management made promises that they would strictly limit this practice after the first Dr Loeb deal. Im starting to wonder about the details of the Costco deal. My guess is that they will push high volume with little profit.
ApplianceSmart total retail revenues decreased 6.1% to $17.8 million compared with the same period of 2012, resulting primarily from the decline in same-store sales and closure of three stores that were operating in the same period of 2012. There was also an erosion in ARCA's gross margin due to lower scrap metal prices.
This company will file bankruptcy, its just a matter of time. It doesn't matter what brand names they carry or what their assets are worth. They are a broken company and thier CEO is going to jail for selling his stake in FBN before the financial discolsures were given to the public. . I would cut my losses or short this stock to zero.
I was wondering the same thing. I would have to assume Synacor helped design this device with their TV anywhere technology. If they did this could be huge for SYNC! Hopefully this is the case, shorts will get crushed on 8/7.
NTI is a special MLP and is required to payout all of its earnings every quarter. The payouts will vary from qtr-to-qtr and there may be qtrs with no payout at all.
Bought in to MSLP for the first time yesterday. Definitely in for the long haul. I’ve been using MusclPharm products for about 3 year now. Their products are rock solid. I went from a couch potato to a competing in triathlons. Their preworkout formula (Assault) has no comparison in the market.
Should have stayed short. The insiders have sold more than 8 million shares in the last 6 months and have bought NOTHING!! I think Cramer meant : SELL! SELL! SELL!
Not really, I think poltics may have more to do with it not bieng approved at this time. Thier is a push by the Obama admin for tighter restrictions on any "addictive" type medication. For your sake hopefully Im wrong.
