Norvista still owed $500,00+ by HVV. Loan was originally due the end of April then extended to end of June but now another 2 months and still nothing. Who keeps extending defaults without explanation? Interestingly, AuRico Gold is still exploring the El Chanate package it JVd with HVV. Yet, 12 months of 'active' drilling (and assessing) and still no results from AG. Results according to HVV were supposed to be available first Q 2014. % holes were drilled by Nov 2013 with 5 more scheduled for end of 2013. Now 9 months later? AuRico canned it's last explorer JV within 6 months of beginning drilling due finding mediocre results. HVV directors have agreed to take shares in lieu of salary at the last meeting. HVV is cash bankrupt - so what assets are supporting them and holding Norvista back? Any guesses?

Obviously just talking to myself. 3 days to go to Norvista's second call on their already HVV defaulted loan (HVV were given 2 month extension till June 30th). June special shareholder meeting saw outstanding management remuneration issues settled and reverse share split authorized for HVV board to call at will - However, still no word out of AuRico Gold re., their 10 JV drilled holes and 400 rock samples taken from HVV area adjoining El Chanate mine since last August (these results supposedly were due in the first quarter 2014). Trimetals sitting on sidelines as HVV's largest investor 30% (two directors on both boards). Will there be any interesting news out over the weekend? Again, just musing.
