I don't know Steve. I am just so peed off these bumbling idiots haven't shipped the 1p yet. Time for another drink.

The only problem we have is a 30 percent premium from here is about 1.50-1.60. I really hope we get some news this week and some wind at our back. The market wont be helping. The silence from AEHR is deafening

    Sentiment: Hold

  • I guess AEHR management gets one extra day to get that 1P out the door. Its been very discouraging watching stock plummet while no orders for anything have been announced for weeks if not months. No insider buys at all with a free window since 10Q unless there is something material going on. The 1P wouldn't be material non-public because they already said they will ship it so that wouldn't cause a restriction. I Have to move sentiment to hold because if AEHR officers cant buy even 1000 shares at 1.25, why should someone else. They need some orders especially in a world economy that is slowing down.

I think that's true with the 1P but I don't think the XP has suffered that much as the delay in 1P has allowed the XP to keep up with development alongside so hopefully the bugs will be all out by then. It appears the market may have bottomed out and stabilized after Friday and it felt some smaller caps got there footing so it is possible AEHR may get some wind at its back near term. I would look for the shares to ascend back toward 2 prior to the 1P announcement. Cash will also get better once shipment occurs as multiple (more than 2) systems may follow out the door in short order. Also M&A may give it some wind at its back also imho

Warrior I know I have been speculating a buyout/merger for a while but the lower AEHR gets and the lower cash gets the lower an offer price will come in. I have some Teradyne and they had a great quarter and put out monster guidance and the stock dropped a buck yesterday. I think they indicated in the CC possible smaller deals. Not sure if we fit any way with them. The lack of orders here and transparency is really a problem. I think too much time has gone by that AEHR needs to communicate more of a master plan and goal for the future. If the XP ships at the same pace as the1P it may not ship til 2018 but then again, the 1P hasn't even shipped yet. The technology and patents here are worth well more than 1.35/share however. Any insider buys show up yet?

Beta Site: does anyone know how to get this Yahoo Finance beta site off the computer. When I access Yahoo Finance at work I don't have the Beta site but at home I have the beta site and I cant stand it.

Came out tonight and was pretty decent for December. Also with AEHR drawing to 2mill I would expect that means they are getting additional multiple orders because they had plenty of cash on hand but must have needed to access to expedite some projects. I would tend to guess that means orders on the way or filled orders getting ready to go out the door

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

To make things seem not that bad. We are only about 35 cents lower than we were on the close one day back in November. This gap should be able to be remedied in one day and with about 10-20K shares. I hope they are working around the clock. Anyone see a FOX 1P at the loading docks this week? Or an XP?

Might be a good call on the capitulation. I think its possible that the world leaders will cook up some new scheme in Davos this week. Not sure if that will help IP and XP sales at least until shipment. Got to be a buyer at 1.30. Too bad I didn't sell at 2.60 and buy twice as much. Any insider action yet

Typically when a company says things are great and its stock price drops in half you would expect to see insider buys or at least token buys. Let be honest, most of these guys are rich and a few thousand shares can show a lot of confidence in what they are saying. They need to step up and step up now

Gayne is not leaving and AEHR will be fine. However, what you are witnessing is the end of the fake Obama/Bernanke Economy. That is what is causing slow orders. China is a disaster and Japan has been printing money for decades. Maybe this is the correction they should have let happen in 2008. AEHR will rise from the ashes but may be a few weeks to a few-several months in the future.

When I heard the words "Second Half of Calendar 2016 and 2017" i got sick to my stomach. You may be right Chip. I just hope they can actually do this well before 2/28/2016

If the economy keeps tanking all bets are off here. AEHR is not getting orders as promised and pushing the XP and 1P even further makes me think maybe they will push out again another quarter or another 6 months AEHR really needs to deliver a surprise. Like if they say they will do something in Calendar 2, they need to get it done by the end of Calendar 1 not Calendar 3 or 4. They never have any positive surprises. The closest thing to a surprise was the 6 million order last year which they have not been able to repeat. Got to admit as one of AEHR major bulls on this board, I am really getting frustrated with management here. No one in the company deserves any Options because no one has delivered. The potential for a buyout/merger here has just increased substantially. As Gordon Gecko says, you either do it right or you get eliminated and maybe that time has come. I am sure at this point an acquirer could get full commitments at the convertible bond price with QVT which is somewhere around 2.60 I think. AEHR management really f'd up in my opinion. I highly doubt we will see an Form 4's next week. Heck, they could never even sell what they own now which is why a buyout merger makes sense. Its the only way insiders can monetize their shares.

Maybe a few days tops but may also be exceptions when your stock plummets. I think order issue may be an Economic issue, not an AEHR issue. Haven't heard many preannouncements but would like to see AEHR announce some multi-million orders. They may not have the staff to make this happen and need to merge

Definitely a possibility, now at lower prices. The problem may also be the economy with companies slow to place orders not sure about future. The good news is todays drop occurred on about 9000 shares and then the bid was basically back to 1.65 just before close. It can get back to 2 relatively easy should the market settle down. The one thing I didn't want to hear was Second Half of Calendar 2016. That sounds like more time buying. If that 1P isn't out the door by 2-28, this thing trades below $1. By poorly managing expectations and failing to deliver, they have injured an ability to raise additional cash should they need to. The stock, even on low volume broke support that has held for awhile.

The 10Q came out today which was very quick and now gives the insiders a green light to buy I think

Deliver by end of next quarter? Is that for the 1P or the XP Tim? A surprise would be nice but due to consistent disappointments here, I don't think anyone on this board believes that will happen. It would be nice if they just said they shipped the 1P after 12 months of delays. Sales and cash burn will be important also

With China in a tailspin (If it really is), I don't expect anything positive on Tuesday. I sure hope I am wrong but with the markets and the lack of news and orders, I can only be cautiously optimistic. Lets just hope this latest market decline isn't the final unwinding of the fake Bernanke/Obama market. Clintons last year had the Internet Collapse, Bush had the Real Estate Collapse, so what will this final year of Obama bring. 1000 points the first week of the year doesn't sound good going forward. AEHR may be setting up for a nice move higher should things settle down but it cant break down. The key for AEHR is orders and for the volatility to leave the market. As long as markets are very volatile, especially to the downside, AEHR will not go up no matter what they say
