The summary of the earnings is basically that Texas Instruments is forecasting rising Auto-Industry Demand. Lots of chips going into cars and more coming.

Not sure what's going one. Just waiting for an XP order. Seems like 1P should be going out the door any day but I've been saying that for a year. Insider trades? Maybe they can now. I would think this week is a green light unless something is cooking. If there is any doubt about semi production and test, just look at the TXN and TER earnings after the bell. Things are getting much stronger.

Yes. Old news. This was in the 10Q last week. The only difference is that they got the official letter so now the 45 days response period starts but with the 180 days after that we will be talking about December and we should have orders by then. Hopefully we have some by next week or next few weeks

I hope so. The credit line is due on Friday. I expect a payback and then expect them to immediately take it again to keep the rate down. Not sure if that will require another 8K. As for orders, I would expect at this point they can come any day as its been 4 weeks since earnings so 1P should be ready to go and XP also any day if they can nail down order

Looks like the slight negative from the 10Q about the listing requirement on equity presented a nice buying opportunity today. Its funny because it was known since March 24th to the general public. total non-event

Yes Chip: The major changes to the 10Q include that they added the words "deposits and down payments against significant orders" in reference to sources as to how they may meet their short term cash needs.

Though one slight negative is that it looks like they are technically out of compliance (Under risk factors in 10Q) with under the $2.5 million in stockholders equity for Nasdaq listing requirements. They may not have even got the letter from Nasdaq yet which starts the clock. I think once they get the letter they have 45 days for a plan and then another 180 days if accepted so I would hope we have some orders by New Years. Not a big deal for now.

And we went from 1.90 to 1.14 from January 12 to January 13 on less than 20,000 shares. Hoping this is that final turn up we have been waiting for where we finally smash the old recent highs of the mid 3s

I think big seller is done and now focus is on 1P shipment and potential multiple XP order at 4-7 million a pop. I like the way AEHR got stronger today as the market pulled back. We may be back in the 2's this week. I don't forsee any pause as there are no sellers and volume is creeping up quietly. Feeling good for once in awhile

Must have been a big seller that has exhausted and with no positive news to assist it on the way down. Now we can focus on the XP Multi system order due within months or weeks and an imminent 1P Shipment due in days or weeks. I also would not count out a deal or merger in the next 6-12 months as deeper pockets could move these products a lot faster.

I think they will have the cash to roll over so I expect it gets paid and then they take it again to keep the rate at 5 percent. If they don't pay it become a note at 9 percent but I am fairly confident it will get rolled over for another 90 days at 5 percent. I wouldn't worry about that because it will be a non-event but the coming XP order and the 1P shipment will be a major event. Too bad market got hammered today or maybe we could have got some better footing. Its funny how now there is like nothing for sale on the way up

Warrior. I am just doing math from the conference call. If a test cell for the XP is 4-7 million based on what they said at the conference call than 20 million is an order for about 3-4 cells and I would assume they would get 30 percent down based on prior order patterns. I think on the CC they said customer may need significant number of XP test cells beginning in the 4th quarter of this calendar year. Maybe they wont get the order but if they do we have a major game changer. I would think 3-4 test cells would be at least enough to cover the word significant from the CC. Go back and read the transcript and you will see this. You can get the transcript on Seeking Alpha or listen on website

Looking better on the direction but still low volume. Maybe big seller is finally out. If they can get that multiple order in the next few months at about $6 million for each XP Test Cell in a multiple order, it is very conceivable in my opinion that AEHR could announce a 20 Million dollar plus order in the near future. I think the risk here is missing the upside and not the downside. There is a lot of quiet here and hopefully a lot going on behind the scenes which seems evident from the conference call. Still hanging on

    Steve
I don't know who the lead 1P customer is but after listening to the CC I don't think there is a chance in heck that anything is getting cancelled. Seems like we may be at the point we have waited for for the last 5 years and now may reap the fruit I don't know why anyone would sell at these levels especially after listening to that CC. I thought it was the most positive CC they have had since I have owned them. Everything is at the end and with $4-7 million test cells these shares may explode higher with orders, maybe from customer 2. Too bad I didn't sell at 2 and buy back last week. Oh well/ My break even is still pretty low

I hear you. I hope to see soon. Insiders usually signal a turn. There was a quiet period so nothing to signal considering revenues were horrible. If they are close they will signal with buys I assume and would look for buys over the next few weeks closely. Good luck

I agree with your points. I feel really good that the cash should be OK going into ramps. That was a big fear but it feels like they will have the money. I think QVT wants the stock anyway. I would be very surprised if the shares went down on Monday. Its obvious that this was well built into shares. The big money knew but not us little guys. Anyone ever hear of that other analyst?

Warrior: Sales were definitely a surprise to me (I don't understand 1.7 million). I felt pretty good about 4.5 million but I guess at the end of the day we are basically invested in an R&D company getting ready to ramp into a production company so I really don't think that the poor sales last quarter will have any effect on the share price considering it already dropped in half over the past 3 months so it was more than well priced in. However, my take after the call is that they have the electronics and configurations perfect for the XP and 1P and sales will now begin to ramp. I noticed that Gayn said the first production order will come from company #2 (Not yet signed), not company #1. If first production systems ship to customer #1 in 4th quarter, when is it for company #2? Sooner. Also sounds like they more than satisfied any concerns on cash levels. Unless the economy tanks, AEHR ramps up and note converts into stock at 2.59 or whatever it is and they start building cash. This is it. We are on the edge of the major orders. As for insiders, it would not surprise me to see some token purchases next week. Sleep well this Easter - we gonna be OK
