  • Somethings brewing here. Why would Guy Marsala (who was handpicked by Goldman Sachs in 2010 to restructure EZLube for a sale in 2012) get involved. And why would Netflix Cofounder Mitch Lowe join the board?

CEO saying (on last weeks conference call) company is going to be more vocal here over the next few weeks.

Wouldnt be surprised to see another squeeze to $20s here near-term.

Magneti Marelli has a major relationship with Ford and Microsoft...NEON is in bed with some serious players

Magneti Marelli worked with Ford Motor Company and Microsoft Auto to develop an in-dash computer (carputer) for Ford's work truck division introduced in 2008 — with a built-in 6.5-inch, high-resolution touch screen and Bluetooth, USB connectivity, GPS Navigation, voice recognition, as well as general office applications, e.g., word processing, contact, and calendar.

May even be a buyout imo.

At this depressed valuation you know some big guys are taking a look.

  • Spoke to Daniel vie email on Monday asking him about why we haven't seen any insider buying, he stated:

"We are in a quiet period and insider buys are not allowed … especially if insiders are aware of a material event …"

He could not elaborate, but have a feeling today's move may have something to do with this "material event"

We are hosting a conference call on Monday pre-open to address all the NONSENSE in this hatchet job and try our very best to legally update the investment world as best as we legally can ...

we are clearly not a fraud ... otherwise HP would not be dealing with us (they are in bed with us for over 2 years - and have at least another 4 years to go), nor would AMAZON, VOLVO, SAMSUNG, LG, LEAPFROG, VISTEON, SONY, etc. etc. etc.

Who said we will not answer everything ... my list of questions and answers is a mile long.

The odds are our Q&A will be posted on to our website and disseminated publicly.

I cannot respond to his HP calculation other than to say he is dead wrong ... and that HP's generates 65% of its revenues from outside the US (i.e. Port of LA customs data and royalty guesswork does not equate to an accurate and comprehensive representation).
