I don't think rax is down because of the charts....it's down because the $500M debt offering will cut it's net income by 40% .....
I just looked at Rax's Q3 report....they had net income of $75M in 9 months with interest payment cost of $1.5M.....#$%$? Why would you balloon your interest payments to $32 million?????
I traded in and out of this stock three months ago. I only held it one day after reading the CEO had been arrested in Fort Lauderdale years ago on some traffic or driving charge. It just didn't stick well with me.
so lets see...CP is overvalued by 40% and they want to have a merger of equals? It's like you giving me three $20 dollar bills for my $100 dollar bill.
stock is down 76% year to date, but it's retail foot print han't shun and it's still a cash cow.....the euro translation hit to profits is only a hit if you are on the American side of the atlantic.....if fossil was translating their US sales and eps into euros the story would look like amazing growth
dude....75% of fossil's sales are women who but watches as fashion accessories......in 5-10 years your smart phone will be a wearable....my advice dude is that you buy a dell. .
the Company’s NDA submission, both immature confirmed and unconfirmed response analyses were submitted. As the efficacy data have matured, the number of patients with an unconfirmed response who converted to a confirmed response was lower than expected.
In the intent to treat analysis of the 79 patients in the 500mg dose group, the current confirmed response rate is 28 percent, and 34 percent in the 170 patients in the 625mg dose group, with an encouraging duration of response in both doses.
I agree with your comments on the balance sheet, Long term debt in Q3 was 786 v. 607 +180. Cash was 302 v. 218 +84......the $350 paid for misfit looks questionable. Go on Ebay and see what is selling...Misfit isn't a hot item.....Smart watches and wearables are changing rapidly and need to sync with android and apple ecosystems....A strategic retail alliance between Fossil and LG, Garmin, Sony, Asus, Huawei, Pebble, Lenovo, or Samsung would have been better than buying Misfit and wouldn't have used any cash. Now they have Misfit you have to wonder how Fossil can possibly compete against tech companies with battalions of engineers.

the SECX head said this week that short sellers had gotten their attention.....you certainly have mine! Thanks for the cheap shares.....p/e = 7 ev/ebit = 5
