Q3 ends next Tuesday, 5/31, filing due by 7/15. Another great quarter, wouldn't you say, loco? How much cash you you reckon they will have left, how will they have reconciled the equipment lease?
You can imagine Jimmy's letter to shareholders, "...Successfully uploaded over 200mb of operational update photos to the web page without crashing server, sent out three press releases and proposed conceptual plan to deal with force majeure..." That would justify Giancarlo's six figure consulting fees.

2nd observation--white overseer is still in photo of guys monkeying around w/ electrical box from two weeks ago. Just another confirmation that the photos are from January and the company is slowly disseminating in hopes of convincing shareholders that progress is being made.

Today's Optics take the cake--This, shareholders, is the stuff in which you are putting your retirement money: a rusting shipping container made level by a 1/2 cinder block on one corner and a flattish stone on the other, one rusting tumbler on equally poorly graded base.

So TRX owes its directors approximately 61,500 CAD. Had 92,580 CAD cash in the bank end of Feb. So if the company directors paid themselves off, they would ~31,000 left for salaries--over the past 3 months--which would be barely be enough to pay Jim & Victoria Luis--- Did they receive an cash from bullion loans after Feb 29?

maybe theft if you're day trading-but the dollar index is about 26% higher than it was in 2011 (75 to 95--another whopper of a bad call jimmy boy). which would, back of the envelope, translate to 1575 gold at the same dollar buying power. it should be the best time ever for gold producers to pull gold out of the ground--currencies of commodity producers are extremely weak, fuel costs extremely low, equipment manufacturers hurting, engineering talent should be had on the cheap. so it baffles me why Jim, scion of the great banking families that made the house of goldman, son of the partner of jesse livermore, Jim ben Bert, Señor Oro, Meneer Goud (is that right Luddy?), would break his compact with the Tanzanian government, risk getting ousted from the company's mining leases, b/c he felt the POG didn't warrant mining.

where's VP of project logistics Duval? Shouldn't there be a stock photo of him in rancho cucamonga inspecting a crusher conveyor? or perhaps him talking to Peter Z on a satellite phone (split frame)?

  • augustusgloop augustusgloop May 20, 2016 9:43 PM Flag

ok - wild gold- maybe you will see a few flakes and that will be gold according to you and tallfaller and goldstreamdubai. but we've been through this proof of concept of 150 year old technology before. 'i cannot be more clear, we are producing gold as we speak.' and yet no production for a whole year afterwards.

  • augustusgloop augustusgloop May 20, 2016 11:53 AM Flag

gosh trés jejune, i don't know-they must be close because pictures don't lie. Weren't they close to operations a year ago? and I quote, "we are producing gold as I speak"- PeterZ, 2015 AGM (as conservative a guy as Jimmy has ever met -- according to Jim at the 2015 AGM). What about 30 months to 100k oz gold /yr they put out in the Nov 2011 corporate presentation? They had this same crusher working in the pan your own gold field trip for CIGAs to Kigosi in Oct 2010 (CF James Coil Kigosi on any major search engine). Why get the operations / production schedule from a statement beholden to SEC / SEDAR regulations? Ahh shucks, none of those. Maybe Tallfaller or GoldstreamDubai can give you some Eyes in Tanzania reports via yahoo message boards. That would be good enough for me to invest my life savings in Jim's endeavor. What say you?

what service do you provide other than echoing the GOTs rhetoric and manipulation patter of the various gold and silver doom sites? what analysis do you provide vis a vis TRX? How has TRX performed on its mission to mine Buckreef? Obviously it's been a bear market, but many other companies have actually started mining in the same milieu. What was Jimmy's whisper number production cost at Buckreef / Kigosi? How has that compared to actual non-production? Why did TRX go on a doomed path (Venmyn Deloitte report explicitly reported on the difficulty of extracting ore from the clay soil) with no one with mining operating experience on board? Why did Jim Sinclair never offer a production / cost plan for Buckreef? Why did Peter Z say TRX was producing as he spoke at last year's AGM? Why hasn't Jim analyzed the company's failure? What is the bull case for TRX other than a rising tide floats all boats? How much longer can TRX continue to operate without outside financing given its cash burn rate? What's left of TRX after Stamico issue is resolved and payables to vendors and directors are squared? Thanks in Advance. Auggie.

The only use lame Buckreef would have would be as a safety training tool - like the portions of 727 fuselages that fire fighters drill with at the airports. Open pit safety techniques, appendage salvage techniques from the crusher. Conversely, they could use it as a albino concentration camp.

Hey dude- i don't get paid to post. you can even look at my earliest posts and see what a dill weed fan boy i was until 2013. Let's hear from grantta66 / tallfaller / goldstream dubai what their affiliation to TRX .

  • augustusgloop augustusgloop May 18, 2016 8:21 AM Flag

GRANTTA - your 'strong bull' post is from the "buckreef lame" article (top 3 google hits). back to shill school for you young man. Hard to believe HCTH Annie was the "A" team. Exposing a fraud is its own reward: no need to own shares (which I once did, both long as a CIGA and short after the scales lifted from my eyes).

it appears they have the greenlight to resume mining.

" the corporation has ordered the Tanzania American International Development Corporation 2000 (TANZAM 2000) to unconditionally resume operations with immediate effect"
    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Panic is Jimmy or Daniel Duval (or whoever the webmaster is) posting for Off-Rez Bill Holter cutting and pasting inane jingoist Fox News articles about B-1 bombers falling apart and airmen being overworked while per the CBO, the inflation adjusted base pentagon budget has gone up over 30% from 2000 to 2014. Of course, defense spending has nothing to do with national debt.

Here are the objectives for Buckreef from Slide 8 of the November 22, 2011 corporate presentation. How would you rate Jim's performance as a CEO:
Expand resource base to 3-5 million ounces within two
years at Buckreef and on various other licenses
Achieve commercial gold production at +150,000 ounces
per year from Buckreef within 30 months
Exploit commercially viable, near-surface gold resources
on Buckreef and elsewhere with modular recovery plants
Acquire other mineral assets in Tanzania, leveraging our
experience and strategic partnership with Stamico

    Thanks, Jim
    Hi Jim,
I know you will never really get the credit you deserve for the media’s favorite new expression “QE to infinity,” or when they pick up on the idea of gold miners as utilities, etc.

I also know after all these years of following you that notoriety is not what drives you and it’s genuine concern for others well being.

I remember many years ago someone writing on a message board that reading JSMineset was like reading tomorrow’s newspaper today.

I can’t tell you how many times I questioned whether your forecasts would be correct (ie gold at $1650 seemed impossible, QE to infinity when MSM was debating whether QE1 would be ended early, etc.).

Please remember that many of us know and give credit and thanks for your work even though others are now presenting it as their own.

    CIGA Matt

The fact that the bankers and central bankers are crooks doesn't make Jimmy a good man. Your enemy's enemy isn't necessarily your friend. I would venture that Jimmy's CIGAs have lost a lot more tangible wealth by investing in his company and following his buy at the top advice / gentlemen prepare to defend yourselves--buy into the worst bear market imaginable then they have from the machinations of wall street elites.

But Jimmy says, never engage a troll (AGM 2015-remember that, when we were treated to HCTH Annie putting the mic to "Tapped Out" Morrow and Peter Z saying TRX was in production as she spoke).

what is this idiotic notion that one has to be long to opine on a stock? Let's try it another way--What is your bull argument? Based on Buckreef--remember Buckreef & the bootstrap operation funding the superpit? What's your estimate of the contribution of Buckreef to market cap based on the valuation of your choosing--Let's just say NPV of gold stream taken out of the ground at $1,300/oz. Ohhhh wait--like in Bonanza, CIGAs don't know b/c Jimmy burned the map. No production #s or cost numbers. How about Kigosi--oops tampoco. How much cash does TRX have left to operate? How much has Jimmy diluted the company since he proclaimed No Dilution / No issuance of shares?
