Good philosophy! Have to disagree on the risk, the biggest risk too TRX was Jim. If they had mined, i.e., if TRX had created jobs, there would be no pressure to give access to artisanal miners. While Tanzania is no Switzerland, other miners (Anglo gold) are doing OK. Note that the world bank picked Rwamagasa as the site of a pilot project to help artisanal miners in 2014.
Plus Moral hazard of a sociopath sucking the downy innocents dry. Moldy doesn't own TRX, just respects a CEO who has run two companies into the ground, sold his birthright for a mess of pottage, and blesses the set top box MLM salesgirl HCHT Annie.
How wonderful that TRX collapsed exactly as gold has seemingly broke Out of its downtrend. RMstilz, I misread the dog pic...GDX continued to pop and I missed out on a lot of upside. But back to the issue at hand. Wildgold, RMstilz, EZgoingAl, bobintanzania, HCTHAnnie--hahahahahaaha. What a coward your leader is, instead of admitting TRX has been broke for sometime, concocts some artisanal miner BS.
Convenient way of shutting off the lights. Hope the artisanal miners have better luck getting gold off the pads than Peter Z.
Talk about Kiss of Death: Dog photos posted just as GDX hits its 50% retrace from Oct high to Jan low and all the stochastic indicators for GDX are pointing to over bought. Nice ride for NUGT.
We actually don't even know if there was a pour--Did they not supply poor Peter with a camera to snap photos of the actual pour? Everything of non-importance, e.g. dirt pushing, is chronicled with with stultifying detail...the all of a sudden bars appear...
Not that it matters b/c no more gold will be gotten from those pads.
the 400 shares, at a value of over $100 USD, exchanged in the first hour of trading is a ringing endorsement of TRX's operational capacity.
3 bars. Peter is posing with members of the Tanzanian mineral audit 'squad'. 1.2kg ea - so maybe $140,000 or less than half of what the company owes Roz. or two weeks of admin expenses per the last 10Q. And now there's no inventory left and no more gold in production.
Someone traded in their Kia Sportage and went all in TRX (and got $1,000 change).
wildgold will have a special feature for paid subscribers on Hades and which circle of Hell members of Jimmy's inner circle inhabit. As a sneak peek, you can bet that Jimmy boy is in Circle 9, ring 4-Judecca. Subscribers will be able to guess the places of the HCTH Annie, WildBill Holter, Wildgold, Peter G, Giancarlo, J. Kahama, N. Betts, Peter Z, the Duvals, various van Tongeren family members, Vicki M. Luis, and R. Morrow. The first member to get 5 TRX insiders placed in the correct circle can email BINGO to the webmaster and will receive a free seat at Jim and Bill's next Q&A. Note that travel, lodging, meals, parking or any other ancillary costs must be provided by the winning CIGA. Alternatively, the winning CIGA may opt for a 1/2 oz silver coin with Jim's countenance and the words "My tribe the Seligmans" on the front and a likeness of his dog Angel on the back with the phrase "you'll see" emblazoned near the dog's rump.
Doctor? since he has not real title no PhD or MD, why not go whole hog and call him what he is: Iim Seligman, Rex CIGAS. I-S-R-C.

1. Look at the 12mo zinc chart. While there may be shortages in the future, the price of zinc has gone from $1.1/lb to under $.7/lb. Bongara project doesn't look like it will get much traction any time soon given the price of zinc, world economy, base metals environment.
2. Company gets less valuable each day as it is just burning capital to keep the lights on on the hopes that the commodities markets improve. It's not developing any projects new or existing.
So at best, it's a cheap long term option on zinc....
That's like the good housekeeping seal of approval for shysters. On the other hand, it's a cheap way for him to imply credibility for himself and TRX. Credibility by association. This was more the case with MUX (MUX and TRUX!), I believe.
