The current pps is unreal, but a great opportunity for someone to add shares. I added a nice chunk yesterday to my position. I would have pulled the trigger on more today if I had the extra funds.

I don't know what is going on, but can only believe IMHO that the shorts/hedge funds have caused the recent drop in order to steal shares from us retail investors. They are adding shares at a discount now and will sell them back for a nice gain ASAP, or even higher if truly great news hits the street. Of course, when great news happens the shorts will use the good news to run up the price further than reasonable and then crash it and take more profit by buying low and selling higher. A constant repeating cycle!

Like I said, I don't know. Can only guess, but based upon what I gleam from looking at the trading action I believe I'm seeing a few deep-pocket bucks being thrown into pushing down the pps. I really don't think what we are seeing is retail buyers causing the big swings. Someone wish to share their thoughts on perhaps what is really going on IF I'm wrong on my thoughts?

I'm not desperate and feeling too bad about buying yesterday above the current pps. I do a little trading from time to time and have been adding shares all along...selling the tops and buying more shares on the lows. I am keeping my core position and fully expect a huge return...perhaps not this year, but not too far down the road. I see too much good in the company to expect otherwise. Given the opportunity, I'll add more shares. GLTA

It is interesting to note that a trade of just 120 shares dropped the PPS down from the high yesterday. Who would trade just 120 shares? That is crazy! That was followed by a 35K trade if I remember right at 6.5 cents and then what appeared to be the same 35K shares up for sale asking 6.99 cents. Someone trying to make a 7% gain on a quick trade no doubt.

I'm in for the long haul and expecting a huge jump upon announcement of financing for the Hobbs facility. Looking back, some that might remember reading this will wish to have loaded up when the shares were cheap. Peace

Marketwin, The latest news indicates that a million in new revenue is in the works. Things are looking very much up. I'm fully expecting the pps to make a marked reaction to this news. If not in the short term, then surely by the next qtr's filing.

For more DD, do an internet search on "Asian Appetite For Nuclear Power Bullish For Uranium And Miners". You can learn about the growing demand for enriched uranium. Keep in mind that following enrichment, there will be more tails cylinders that require someone to deconvert (remove the fluorine) so the depleted uranium can be safely disposed of.

Investors in INIS can be reassured that buying now will eventually bring huge gains. China has over 20 nuclear plants that are being constructed and there are 4 in the USA. All of these plants are large PWR designs that will use vast amounts of enriched uranium as fuel over a period of 40 to 60 years. INIS currently has a combined 40 year construction/operating license for deconversion. Insiders of the company have invested millions of dollars in getting that license and my bets are on them to protect their investment and the interests of all investors in the stock. GLTA

It is a great buying opportunity for anyone if you ask me, not just for Marketwin. Someone might be able to pick up 10K shares at .05 and sell at .06, but doubt you could grab as much as 50K and flip on a regular basis.

It is interesting to note that the company has had a couple of positive news items recently but they didn't go to the trouble of making a press release to spread the good word. But, with the apx 80% insider ownership guess they aren't in a hurry to do anything to bump the pps higher as the insiders are still buying. A very large block of shares rolled over to insider hands in December of 2013. I got some of that action myself and still hold those shares...haven't sold a single share. I could flip those right now easy enough for a 40-50% gain but I'm holding for way much more.

Ask why I have such optimism? That is an easy enough of an answer if you have done your DD. The company is the only one with a NRC license for deconversion and the only company with required patents for the fluorine extraction process.

The other big factor in play is that there is a huge pent-up need for UF6 deconversion and growing by the day with Urenco USA's latest phase of enrichment capacity coming on-line and two more phases of expansion approved by the NRC. Coming right on the heels behind that is the GE-Hitachi laser enrichment facility that will likely be breaking ground before much longer in Paducah. All known enrichment processes require deconversion of tails following enrichment before disposal.

Looking at Level II last Friday I noted that between the narrow range of .042 and .05 there were 200,900 shares being asked for. On the sell side in the much broader range of .06 and .08 there were only 141,300 for the taking. That tells me when a break-out happens from our normal trading range major bucks will be made for anyone buying now.

Well...lets speak of what happens if we break-out. Say we see a jump to 18 cents. What would you do? I'll be holding at $1.

Not sure this is the end use for those cobalt sealed sources, but it could be. With all the "super bugs" nowadays this could be in huge demand and a great source of revenue. Found the below on an internet search on the subject.

"The cobalt-60 sources are primarily used to sterilize single-use medical products including; surgical kits, gloves, gowns, drapes, and cotton swabs. Other applications include sanitization of cosmetics, microbial reduction of pharmaceutical raw materials, and food irradiation."

Thanks for sharing. I hadn't read that news. Sounds like INIS needs to do another conference call and update shareholders. This could be the start of more good news.

  • Google Subject for info posted below. News is on the company website also. Looks like good news to me and will add revenue. GLTA

MikRon is excited to be teaming with International Isotopes Inc. (INIS) to be able to provide additional sources for the IBL-437C. INIS is one of the largest sealed source manufacturer/suppliers in the U.S. A source upgrade will provide a significant reduction in cycle time and would be very cost effective compared to purchasing a new device. Prices for these sources will depend on the demand.

The quality of the IBL-437C speaks for itself and this option will prolong its exceptional reliability of 99.998% current Up-Time.

The process would take approximately 3 days to complete on site with additional time for the device to be re-calibrated using NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) Alanine Dosimetry. We anticipate being able to begin installations in early 2016 and expect to complete all installations within two years.

Marketwin...I've looked over the news and it looks better than I had expected. I've not fully digested the filing, but overall it looks very good. Hopefully there will be a conference call coming soon with more details. Level II today showed that it wouldn't take much buying to easily drive up the PPS to over 8 cents. Good to see the 6 cents holding even if on low volume in any regard.

The "A key part of our near- and long-range business strategies is to develop and market new products in our core business segments that will offer customers a high quality and desirable product as well as increase our revenues, secure customer contracts, and pursue financial support so that we can resume work on building the nation's first commercial depleted uranium de-conversion and fluorine extraction processing facility. " is something investors need to know.

There is another bit in the filing that I'll only share in detail off the board. It looks good and has to do with increasing pressure for deconversion services. Basically, it has to do with new nuclear plants currently under construction in the US and in China that require enrichment, and therefore deconversion of tails. I did see in the filing that last year INIS spent over $400,000 in revenue towards moving the company forward in this regard. That speaks volumes to me. Someone knows something I'm thinking.

The website I normally check for percentage of insider ownership now shows an increase of 4%...from 79 to 83%. This is the result of the recent filing showing more shares issued. So, by hook or #$%$, the insiders now control another 4% of the company. I feel that those other investors will be well rewarded for hanging onto their 17% of shares. I'll be buying again shortly if we have any great buying opportunities.

If the opportunity to buy more shares at 0.03 ever happened again I would be loading up on all available shares IMHO.

INIS has the NRC license and there is a huge hole in the nuclear fuel cycle for deconversion. It will happen sooner or later. Anyone beside me know how much the DOE has paid for deconversion since 2002? It would surprise you.

The current contract they have with Babcock and Wilcox expires this year. Google "Babcock & Wilcox awarded $428 million contract to deconvert depleted uranium hexafluoride". Interesting info!

I bought nearly 500K shares slightly under 0.03 on Dec 13 2013 and I'm still holding. Looking for much over 0.05. Look at the volume on that date. Most of the shares were bought by insiders.

License was issued in 2012 for construction and 40 years of operation. The CEO said that the company was going to wait for 100% commitment of feedstock, and then would go after financing because it wasn't possible to get good terms on financing if you didn't have everything in place to operate the facility. Email and I'll share a bit more...I don't want to put everything out there on this board. Yeah...I'm waiting for the annual update also. GLTA

Do an internet search for "IIFP Fluorine Extraction and Depleted Uranium Deconversion Plant Licensing" and you should be able to find a NRC website. If you can't find it, email me and I'll send you a link.

Sorry for the slow reply...I'm working now and don't have internet during the day.
