    ABAT IS UNDER ACCUMULATION

    Hi Twist,

ABAT has been under accumulation for a long time, and from the chart the RSI was high 70's so I took my 45% profit and cashed out today. I really hope for you it keeps going up next week. If it drops to below .37 I will try to flip it yet again. It would be a bummer to miss out on the mother of all pops again but locking in profits is always is nice. Best of luck and I look forward to next week and the next few months. Have a great weekend.

Doubled my shares and my average is now in the 50's. I have had my shares stopped out before, but not anymore. I will also remember this day when manipulators took it down and held it within a fraction of a penny. Plant improvements to meet production requirements now that science is proven is fine with me.

Yes! I was able to double my position after hours. If they can take this down to low 50's that beep beep beep sound will be me backing up the truck.

I picked more up under 70 and my average is in 60's. Technically, we may hit 1.20 then bounce back to 0.90 then up to 2.00. Looking forward to continue riding the stair steps up. GLTA longs.

Successfully produced isobutanol at initial run rates of tens of thousands of gallons per month in a commercial-scale one million liter fermenter. Recall from last 10-K:

Jet Fuel Supply Agreements with the Defense Logistics Agency (U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army and U.S. Navy) . During September 2011, the Company was awarded a contract for the procurement of up to 11,000 gallons of alcohol-to-jet (ATJ) fuel for the purposes of certification and testing by the U.S. Air Force. The term of the agreement was through December 30, 2012. In September 2012, the Company was awarded an additional contract by the U.S. Air Force for the procurement of up to 45,000 gallons of biojet fuel. In March 2013, the Company entered into a contract with the Defense Logistics Agency to supply the U.S. Army with 3,650 gallons of biojet fuel and in May 2013 this initial order was increased by 12,500 gallons. In September 2013, the Company entered into a contract with the Defense Logistics Agency to supply the U.S. Navy with 20,000 gallons of biojet fuel. In December 2013, the Company entered into a contract with the DLA to supply the U.S. Navy with an additional 10,000 gallons of biojet fuel.

  • ENGLEWOOD, Colo., July 28, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gevo, Inc. (GEVO) today reported an update on the progress of the implementation of the Side-by-Side operational mode (SBS) of its plant in Luverne, MN. In the beginning of June, Gevo commenced the co-production of isobutanol and ethanol, with one fermenter dedicated to isobutanol production and three fermenters dedicated to ethanol production. This follows the company's announcement in May that it had begun production of ethanol. The benefits of simultaneously producing isobutanol and ethanol using the SBS are:

    1) it facilitates the process optimization of commercial-scale isobutanol production;

    2) it maximizes the utilization of the plant to generate cash by utilizing all the fermentation assets; and

    3) it demonstrates the simultaneous production of isobutanol and ethanol, for the benefit of potential licensee partners who are interested in augmenting the fermentation capacities of their ethanol plants to co-produce isobutanol.

"The implementation of the SBS is tracking to our plan and validating the underlying premises for switching to this mode of production. Operating all the assets of the plant has aided us greatly in solving issues that were impeding the ramp-up of isobutanol using one fermenter in isolation, specifically the consistent management of infections and the handling of recycle streams and solids," said Dr. Patrick Gruber, Gevo's CEO.

That is nice study you presented china. It appears the median timeframe is about 6 months (-1, +4 mos).
Announcement of pendency and proposed settlement of class action was 12/19/13. So we just passed the 6 months average. It will be interesting to see what transpires during the summer. Thanks again.

Thanks, I see it "A resolution to ratify the appointment of EFP Rotenberg, LLP to serve as the Corporation’s independent registered public accountant for the year ended December 31, 2011 was approved." I was looking at an older filing.

That was 2 1/2 years ago, so who knows until they finally file. I know you follow Chinese companies closely and this sector. Do you have other timeframes from settlement approval to closure of the case you can share? Thanks.

Hi China. You said, "ABAT's last auditor of record (EFP Rotenberg LLP)". Respectfully, the last SEC document lists:

    Friedman LLP, Marlton,NJ 08053
    and
Bagell, Josephs, Levine & Company, L.L.C., Marlton, NJ 08053

It was the change in characterization between auditors that was the cause of confusion in some the VVR hit piece.

While you are posting here, could you tell us from your experience the typical timeframe from approval of settlement and payment of settlement funds and final closure? IThanks in advance.

Well the remainder of my $.28 order was finally filled today. It took several days.
I now have a bigger order in for the next stair step down if it comes.
I hope the bashers do their job well and take it down to my bid ;)

  • After selling shares above .70 I am able to buy even more shares at these levels.
Ready for any surge down to .2'0s again to back up the truck.
Technical indicatorss (weekly and daily) looking strong again.
There is always a delay from settlement to final closure and we are approaching a turning point.
I, for one here, am willing to risk $ on a potential huge profit. GLTA longs.
