Great news announced today with the contract awarded to CXW in Adams County. Great to have you posting again. Best wishes.

Old news, CXW has made some concessions with the Federal Government. The residents at Hutto are living better that than they would on the street ducking and dodging deportation. There will always be lawyers, that make a living filing suits on public and private facilities. Texas is busting at the seams, with over crowding issues. They will need beds to stay out from under another federal decree for overcrowding. The state will need both public and private facilities to meet that need. There will be no quiuck fix to stop the leaking boarders so I could not disagree with more. CXW, GEO,MTC, and a few others will remain healthy in Texas.

Have you ever thought about moving over seas. Maybe China and while you are there you can steal something or spray paint a wall. The Justice you get over there will make you appreciate the OLD USA and our legal system no matter how many problems we have. You have your right to question the USA because our democracy allows you too. We still live in the best system in the world regardless of our political opinions. One side or the other has bashed every president we have had for the way they have handled foreign affairs going back as far as you want to go. That is politics. However we will be talking about the need for prison beds regardless if it is a Democratic or Republican President for many decades to come. Public and Private. I must disagree with you on this one.

    Best Wishes

CXW exceeded expectations over the last seven periods. The CC that management put out mentioned that Q4 expectations had been lowered to meet expectations. However CXW is still rock solid and the forcast of 08 is good. I see that projections have this stock in the $32 range in 12 months. I see this as an opportunity to buy.

I hope everyone cares what employees think, their job is to follow the leadership when the leadership is right to follow. Cxw has proven their leadership does just that. They lead. Please do not forget Princess that this company depends on their employees to invest as well, they simply can not get involved in specific things. That is called insiders, and there are laws that govern that. You hopefully understand that for every shoe lace tripper, there are 10 doing it right. Call it chear leading if you want, but this company has had problems but based on pure performance they appear to have it right. The stock price is the measure. That takes opinions out of it. Good Luck and Good Day

That is why Mr. Lingo is up there. To get the company into good business deals. I quess where I get the most frustrated is during the good times for CXW investors ride the ride. One blimp on the radar and Katy bar the door doom and gloom. I understand their will always be people like the Indian Cycle, Prisonet, and McPrison from days gone by that are anti anything private. There will be investors like me that are pro private and encourage competition, and there will be people like you and the General that provide alot of good information for all to see. I do want to point out either you think that the team they have assembled in Nashville will be sucessful as they have been for the last three or four years or they want. Prisons is a risky business and no one says it is easy, but there will be incidents, and there will be politics. So contracts will be won and contracts will be lost. Hopefully CXW wins more than they lose. My bet is they win more than they lose. A company is not only measured when things are good but how it performs when the pressure is on. I like the team they have in place. Thanks

Remeber what happened in Texas. CCA was under cut on price and politics. Texas came back a few years later. CXW has a good team in place seeking business. A set back yes, will Cxw overcome? Yes

You are a amazing source of unbiased information. However it does appear that you have had a change of heart. You were wanting everyone to sell when the stock was climbing. Now I notice you have a Sentiment that displays HOLD. I quess your opinion is changing. That is a good omen. Do you think that CXW will now look for another site or fold up tent and quit?

Do not make a mountain out of a mole hill. You should write management a letter explaining your point. They have at every opportunity given an answer or at least an explanation of their actions. I see no reason why they would change now. Thanks

Kudo's MK for the question you asked Indian. I have been just as biased for the pro private side. I get hot under the collar when a group of anti-private or pro-private make a case based solely on the pro or anti campaigns. It is all about people. I have and will continue to invest in this company because of its leadership. Thanks for the post.

I would prefer to believe the UPI and the AP or better yet the numbers provided by the Federal government who spend our taxes on gathering all of the statistics for people who are interested in the truth.

The numbers and those who are committed to the truth know that you have always and will continue to be against the private sector. I respect your opinion. Cxw has and will continue to be the leader in the private sector. Even with the incidents of the past year they are still in line with the public sector when your break it down per 1000, 10,000, or 100,000 inmates per incident. To understand that you would have to look at the data with an open mind. You from your past post on CXW,WHC, and CRN on the Alasksa contract have shown you do not have that ability. Best wishes.

CXW has 60,000 plus living inside their units
around the GREAT OL USA. This exposes them to great liability. Their incident rate compares favorably to any department in the country. They have the same issues on a day to day basis as any other department in the country and since the leadership change several years ago I am proud to be a stock holder with this company. We could not always say that. Good luck to the staff at these facilities and thanks again to Mr. Ferguson for the leadership you provide to this company. The press release said it all. I am pleased to see that the opinions on this board have changed toward specific issues and do not mirror agenda's as I feel they did in the past. Good luck to all and thanks once again to John Ferguson.
