Now that there is a complete spread of OPTION options linked to prkr ...; I think with this Friday being expiration day, the price and volume volatility can only become more extreme. Another curious notation I will make is that the out of the money puts and calls have a lot of open interest which to me means that there are investors out there obtaining decent premiums on their long positions.

"EXPECTED" EPS reflected in mkt pricing...

    yes...expectations keep dropping,which weakens bids...very basic stuff.

  • Take current mkt price and divide by a multiple(I used 20)
This produces what I am calling an "Expected" EPS #
Then multiply this "EEPS" by shares outstanding and you will get a number which I would call a baseline ongoing annual royalty.
    My number is $20MM annually
You could apply a future value discount and operational expenses to the number but I am not an analyst.
What I am trying to say is that based on current market pricing, the market is telling us that any royalty rate over 20MM annually would reflect positively on the stock price. for every additional $1mm in annual royaltys the stock price should increase by .20 cents per share...
Conversely should the annual royalty rate be less than $20mm the reverse would occur.
So all this said, I hope the annual royalty exceeds $20mm but unfortunately the key word here is "hope" which is not conducive for stock market success....
