Thanks twist. Southpaw is not doing a good job. I am surprised that no one (including me) has any idea how to resolve this situation. I am sure we must have a lawyer or two as investors in ABAT. No action or advise from them. I am a small investor and have written off my investment as a complete loss. You have some staying power. May be the big investors need to engage some Chinese people in China to teach Mr. FOOOO his duties to the shareholders. He seems to think he is above the law. I am greatly disappointed. I can bear a financial loss but this regard to the law and attempts to cheat honest people #$%$ me off.
Greetings wangban 2001,
Will you please help us understand why is it "but big problem for ABAT shareholders". Also who is Robert Brantl.
From the website - Wuxi Angell Autocycle was bought by ABAT, a NASDAQ listed company in November 2008 . Our major products are hybrid scooters, electric vehicles, leisure e-products and some key parts for e-vehicles like motors, controllers, meters and plastic. We have patents for most of these products.
Our factory yard covers 85,000 square meters and the construction area is 50,000 square meters including a separate 3000-square-meter R&D center. We have first class manufacturing & QC equipment and our annual production capacity is 500,000 units.
We have taken part in many international fairs, such as IFMA Colgne, EICMA Milan, Canton Fair and China International Bicycle & Motor Fair. Moreover, our products are popular in the USA, Europe and South Asia. We export our vehicles in CBU & CKD forms. Angell company has passed ISO9001:2000 system and Chinese CQC* and most of our products have received EEC and DOT (EPA) certificates.
We look forward to hearing from you. Please get in touch with us today.
Where did you read " in the first quarter of 2015"? I failed to find it. Knowing you are thorough and write based on facts I am sure you will post the article or the news report. Thanks.
Thanks. I appreciate your response. Also, I like the way you respond to all messages- with due respect.
The following is interesting
ABAT argues that this Court’s order “must address the issues raised by Regulation FD, and ABAT urge the Court to enter a confidentiality order that would preclude Southpaw from trading in ABAT stock until the books and records it inspects become publicly available.
Conversely, Southpaw argues this Court’s inspection order should require ABAT to disclose publicly any of the books and records it produces for inspection, to avoid any implicit trading restriction that may otherwise apply to Southpaw under Regulation FD.
My question - Did ABAT produce any documents to Southpaw for inspection? Please answer . Thanks.
I believe the people who bought on Monday know something that we do not know. Time will tell. Two more trading days

By Ben Conarck
Law360, New York (March 25, 2015, 7:11 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a lower court’s denial of leave to amend a complaint accusing auditors of a Chinese battery manufacturer of misleading investors by disregarding numerous “red flags” that should have alerted them to the company’s fraudulent financial statements.
A New York federal court denied plaintiffs leave to amend a proposed complaint against the auditors of Advanced Battery Technologies Inc. for failing to adequately plead scienter in claiming defendants committed securities fraud by ignoring that the manufacturer's financial reports filed in China differed...

Clock is ticking away. Mr. Foo does not have much time left. Does anyone know if a company has ever released financial reports from several years at the same time? Is there any restriction in doing so?
Good news. Market for Li batteries is strong in China. Domestic suppliers (ABAT) can not meet the demand. When PRC sets its mind on something they go after it with all their energy. Improvement of environment is the new goal.
