I paid $98.721 or $987.21/ $1000 bond today.
Yes the stock yields more but I like to keep cash and bonds on hand to cover the put options I sell against stocks like PM and LO. When you include the put option premiums I earn my returns should exceed 10% per year.
"Still, we would wait for a pullback in
the share price. Investors loaded up on
the issue following the August-period results
announcement, and the share price is
up 15% since our review three months ago.
The recent valuation is rather steep".

20 times cash flow is too much to pay for this great company so in my humble opinion it's a hold at best which I'm doing with my small positions in some of my accounts.
NKE currently trades at nearly 24 times free cash flow compared to IBM only 9 times. Apples and oranges I know but still I'd rather be buying more IBM over NKE.
IBM current price is 183 verses NKE 76.84/sh.
also sold 10% of her EZPW holdings taking a large 50% loss on the trade.
LO is up almost 40% this year trading at an all time high today. She sold about 15% of her LO holdings and offset some of that gain with her loss in EZPW. LO still makes up 8.4% of her assets.
She has an order in to buy another stock that could fill in the next few days.
Her current top 3 are BRKB-15%, PM-12% and LO 8.4% with bonds 20% and cash 2%

I haven't followed AAPL so perhaps you're doing better with that stock.
"OMAHA, Neb. (AP) -- Warren Buffett's company bought nearly 3.7 million more shares of DaVita Inc. after the dialysis provider reported its earnings last week.
Berkshire Hathaway Inc. said in documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday that it now owns 35.1 million shares of DaVita.
That means Berkshire now owns about 16.5 percent of DaVita, but it has agreed not to buy more than 25 percent of the Denver-based company unless, both companies agree.
Denver-based DaVita runs nearly 2,000 outpatient dialysis clinics.
DaVita said last week that its operating costs increased during the quarter, and it said the Justice Department has been investigating its business practices.
The stock was trading above $56, but quickly lost more than $2 a share after DaVita's earnings report. That's when Berkshire started buying."
We're still buying DVA.
Bought more today in both my farm account and IRA #2 but also sold out of the $ call options against these new shares.
It's currently priced at a 30% discount to book value and they're buying back their own shares which enhances this discount with every share they buy.
