Those auditors can and should present chronic problem shippers to District Finance who they work for and let that function work with customer service to correct the problem and "back bill" the customer. This is done and has been for decades.
My point was proved over the last 3 days. FDX had 6 positive articles published. UPS had ZERO. I guess we just don't have anything good to say. We need a new attitude toward the financial community.
