    Yes and no - lower prices are good when EPD has contracts in place to sell at fixed prices but not good in that in some places it could hurt volume. Cracking crude for naptha works when crude is about 6 times price of NG. That would be about $290bbl. We are not even close. Low prices hurt EPD on those contracts swhere it keeps the NGLs and sells them. All over the place. EPD has commodity price exposure, but it is not significant to the total business. If world economy improves and we get ethane export a]then EPD grows even more. If economy crashes then ePD hurts along with the rest.

    TD - along with many other brokers charges a reorg fee unless you have $1M in your account. The fee should have been $30.
