Quite the round trip...looks like more investors are closer to my line of thinking here than yours.
Try not to be so smug next time. Gates and Ronny are no longer being given the benefit of the doubt. It's show me time.
Well said...something has happened here indeed...imagine where earnings would be without the wildly accretive and successful sabre acquisition! Now they are buying more revenue since they can't seem to grow organically.
Twisted pumping logic. You and I both dam well know that KTCC has never sniffed a 15 p/e for much more than a long fart. I don't care what the big boys in the industry get. The market has spoken here and will continue to IMO.
No offense taken.
This post is yet another example of you not listening to what I am preaching bro.
I said I don't use TTM p/e. I DO use forward p/e. TTM p/e is meaningless on a company that is shrinking earnings at the rate KTCC is.
KTCC has never garnered more than a 10 forward p/e for more than a slight blip for the decade that I have followed it. Probably never will...
I don't use ttm PE as it is irrelevant IMO. I use forward and I estimate .15 per q over the next year. For a lawyer you sure do seem a bit dense sometimes. No offense. I think we were having a similar type debate over at BFDI when I called it a sell at .60.
BTW...I would annualized their forward earnings at around .60 or .15 per quarter. Slap a 10 p/e on that and bam - 6 bucks.
Meant every word. It doesn't look like these guys are capable of growing earnings anymore. Stick has done nothing for years in one of the strongest bull markets in years...I know next quarter will be different. Gates couldn't be wrong for a ninth quarter in a row could he?
Price will rise once management executes. They have fumbled for so many straight quarters that they are no longer being given the benefit of the doubt IMO. For good reason. If this were to be priced by p/e it should trade around 6 bucks.
Google news just now.
Read it and weep shorties.
Lol! Bring Molinaro back and throw up one of his patented exponential growth charts! What a POS...
Options players are straight up gamblers, hedgers, or insider traders. Who cares about them. They are meaningless in the medium and long term.
