Used to think APA was a solid company. now it's near it's year low. Aren't they selling deep GOM in order to pay for CapEx?

From a quick review of the IP numbers posted yest on this MB, it did seem that the few Alfafa wells were better than the Grant wells.

Coop owned a bunch of shares as of Dec 31st. Unsure when he bought, but he needed to buy by Dec 15th in order to vote. Doesn't make too much sense that smart Lee would buy on Dec 16th.

That NOT true. Needed to own shares as of Dec 15th in order to vote. You have been receiving more proxy vote cards for same shares.

It hasn't been over $10 in a longggg time...I know, I have a bunch at $10 and $11+. Ugh. I suspect there are a lot of shorties in the $6 - $8 range. If I were a shortie, I'd be nervous knowing that both TPG and Coop have just increased their shares.
