posted from yesterday - you are obsessed with Terry
Actually I had lunch with the real "Terry" and his wife at their home in San Francisco last month.
Every time I read this board I see 2 things ,a billion dollar winner and the next big thing, just like the first time I read.
He is positive on Insmed but first as a trading instrument. Many of the posts attributed to him is actually someone else.
I stopped reading with the realization that for now Arikayce for cystic fibrosis in the US is off the table.
Now say I'm Terry that always works!.from a few who so need to get a life.
Off to work! Yes a real job! and a life and a family! I'm rich!
This morning I attended the annual shareholders meeting with just a handful of people and two who post on this board, one that is "most likely" the largest retail shareholder of GHDX shares. This is also a family vacation to the beautiful Bay area.
Presentation and questions like last year. You can view many of the films Genomic Health has made on their website.
Just one item that drove it home to me is that It has taken Genomic Health and their trials a decade since the genomic was built to achieve 400k tests, but that number will jump five fold to 2 million by 2020.
GHDX is currently way undervalued for a few reasons.:
With 280M in revenues this year and and no debt, the normal industry multiplier of 4-6, GHDX is less than three.
GHDX also spends an amazing 20% on R&D. They are setup in over 70 countries for sales right now. The company is pretty much owned by just a few.
I don't know when or why or who but this is just a shell for a much bigger operation. The CEO noted that sales are just starting acceptance for prostate which will be Genomic healths largest product. What I also found interesting is that the biggest factor slowing build out is physician and chemo companies resistance. With only 25% of chemo effective and GHDX test being 99% correct on what will work, a lot of chemo and physician money will dry up when Insurance finally is able to say No to this "special interest"
I am very comfortable owning and will hold this stock until greatness comes.
Now I'm going to Disneyland !
Interesting throwback thread.Last time the negotiations with the FDA. took 7 months till resolution.
Insmed has been swallowed into the government logjam.
why do you bother? The GHDX is a mirror image. This is their life!. It is amazing!
That is more information about the AIS presentation. It does not have cheerleading or hyper wishes. This board is a joke..
One thing this board hates is facts. Insmed has not stated they have been cleared to file.in the US or Europe. The header is the mission statement not reality..
kvnmccdd so called "info " is not true. I know terry and have met his wife.I will be seeing them in 3 weeks. kvncmcdd was shown to be a fraud so the spam started.
Guess the woman would rather spend time splattering this board then making a buck. Sell in May and go away?
Additional work on ntm will make that 10 dollars a reality.See you soon!
terry sr and terry the trader are 2 different people but you are one #$%$
In your opinion what are the " the regulatory explanations are going to be challenging."
Chief medical officer resigning at such an important point in the company's history? Because the primary endpoints of the trial design failed when there was 11 of 40 or so patients that had culture negatives?
Thank you for the chart.
That would be great . Many including myself have been burned in biotech by the almighty FDA who doesn't give a dang about anyone else's position and maintains their "our way or the highway" stance.as King of the Hill. When you get burned in a bio as I have you are skeptical of all rosy possibilities but I'll say a prayer for that wish.
Someone posted you could see Merck from Insmeds porch in New jersey and that means Merck will buy Insmed.
give em some slack will you?
Terry-INSM had 5 doubles that I know of last year INSM being one of them. Now say I am terry, that always works, but I cant because I only had 3 of those doubles.I haven't given up on Insmed getting a FDA approval for cystic fibrosis after NTM results
I deal with this all the time.It all comes down to money and the keyword is expensive. Some medicare patients may get common cheaper Canadian pharmacy drugs but usually by the time those drugs become cheaper in the US, generic companies become competitive ) Medical devices new therapies and drugs are big pharmaceuticals baby and big companies use their muscle. Lawsuits are rare, medical insurance rate increases are not. Arikace in the US will be rare unless Insmed gets a FDA approval.
Insmed probably figures the cost to do a trial and the small revenues Arikace will produce in the US CF market are just not worth the cost.
