How is OSU and Crack Cocaine alike? They both get smoked in bowls.

If OSU is buying Nano products it would be a great thing. It would be a reason for Nanologix supporters to pull for OSU. It's not like they have any reason to even watch Big 12 or OSU football.
0-7 agaonst the SEC in bowls games, they did beat Arkansas in a bowl game a few years ago but had the win vacated for cheating.
Thank goodness we are dealing with labs and not the football program, I want to be associated with a winner. Go nanologix!

What we are witnessing right before our eyes folks is a psychotic compulsion. Layman's terms may refer to this type of behavior as a meltdown. It is when a person becomes so obsessed with something or someone that normal daily functioning ceases. The obsession overtakes the subject to the point that they can no longer be productive in society. The subject is so overcome by the subject of his/her compulsion that it is basically the only thing that he/she can think about. Usually results with the person withdrawing from society, hygiene suffers, career and job productivity suffers and subject becomes isolated. This person then spends hours a day eating sardines from a can and ranting to himself on internet message boards hoping for acceptance. The subject then will usually move back in with his mother because this is where he seeks his approval and he can no longer make house payments. Subjects usually obtain several cats as caring for a dog requires too much responsibility. They also find a dog's intelligence to be threatening to their own. After wasting decades because of their obsession they someday realize what a waste of time it has all been. By this time they have isolated themselves to the point of being useless. Their only recourse is to acquire more cats; they often are mocked by the neighborhood kids and called the psychotic cat man. What a life.

Notnekip, you seem to be more intelligent than our normal neasayers on this board so I will ask you a simple question. I challenge you to give me a straight answer. Since you obviously don't have any confidence in the company or it's management, I would assume you don't have any shares in the company. Why do you feel the need to come on a message board and speak negatively to the shareholders of said company? I personally like Colgate tootpaste better than Crest but I don't feel the need to go to the Crest website to get people to see my point of view. Why the obsession? Usually when one is so passionate about something they have an agenda or it benefits them in some way to try to sway opinion. If not it would seem crazy to monitor these boards and do what you do here. I ask you to not insult my intelligence with your answer to why you post here if you have no confidence in the company.

This is the type of post that really shows just how delusional and psychotic you are. Because I don't blather on endlessly on an internet message board you think this makes me irrelevant. You on the other end post obsessively about a company that you own no shares in and somehow in your mind that makes you feel relevant. I guess when you are a small time loser like yourself you have to make yourself feel better some way. So go ahead, waste hours a day blathering endlessly on a message board, obviously that's what makes you feel good about yourself. My suggestion would be to spend a couple of those hours each week with a good shrink, maybe then you could actually contribute something to society other than being a tired windbag. Have a great holiday weekend trying to "win" arguments with total strangers. Good Lord you are sad.

Ray, I think it is obvious at this point that sales are not what we hoped or expected. Practically every PR has a mention of the packaging which benefits the shareholder none. That seems to be the direction the company is going. If there was any positive news it would be announced. There have been numerous PR's even when the news was not substantial or has not panned out. The meetings and shows that have been attended over the years obviously has not amounted to much. I think it is about time to concede that this has been nothing more than a long, drawn out tax write off. All in my opinion and I would love to be proven wrong but with over 5 years invested here there is only one thing consistent - lack of results and disappointment.

As I said, you don't have the mental capcity to admit you were wrong. Thanks for proving my point. No,that is not my "beef" - my beef is why would a person spend hours a day monitoring a stock message board and harassing its shareholders if you don't own stock in the company. As I explained clearly (obviously for everyone but you) it is because of mental issues or agenda driven. Which one is it for you tough guy?

You stated many times years ago that you would guarantee the company would be bankrupt within a year. Didn't happen sport.

I have no problem admitting when someone is right or wrong. I have admitted that at this point it appears that I have made a very poor investment here. It also appears that many points that you have made have been correct. You have also made many points and predictions that have been woefully wrong and inaccurate. I have never seen a post where you admitted this. What I can't for the life of me understand is why a person would dedicate a significant portion of their life (as you do), signing in and out under different ID's to disparage a company which you say you have no investment in. There are only 2 possible scenerios - you have an agenda which will somehow benefit yourself or you have an self preceived ax to grind and are so mentally unstable that you just can't let it go. In either case life is too short to live this way but with your very limited mental capacity you are incapable of seeing this.

How low do you figure our PPS has to drop before our management shows any sign of moral obligation to our shareholders to disclose any information on sales or financial information about the company? It seems like our current philosophy is not garnering a lot of trust among the investment community. This fact seems to be lost on our management.

You are incapable of having a dialogue that doesn't try to distort and gloss over the facts. When I bought or sold at a particular time is completely irrelevant. I have admitted losing a good sum of money here, that is not the point. The fact is our share price sets at a dime. There is a reason for this. Many long time shareholders are disillusioned (by reading their comments on this message board that is sadly apparent) there is a reason for this. The fact that you brush over these facts and must pump to try to save your investment is really sad. Why do you think the company has not followed up on all of their past PR's? Do you think there should be some responsibility to the shareholders or do you think everything is "protected by confidentiality agreements." LOL. You are simply in over your head and have become delusional so that you don't have to call yourself an idiot on a daily basis. I still have a small hope this will work out but I must also look at facts and the past 6 years since I have been invested here. Maybe after 6 years you won't be so gullible, just don't ask everyone else to drink your kool-aid you are currently drunk on. The fact that you can't answer simple questions such as the financial state of the company, current share count, sales, profit/loss, customers, etc. yet still pump blindly speaks volumes to your lack of reality. Let's be clear about something, I despise the daily rhetoric of our resident idiots here on this message board, I wish there was some way they could be held accountable for their agenda but you are just as guilty on the other end of the spectrum. I don't wish to discuss this further with you because you are incapable or unwilling to discuss the actual facts of this investment like a reasonable person.

Yes you moron I own shares and I would be willing to wager that it is significantly more than you own. With that being said, my comment about not delivering was referring to 2 years of lack of financial reporting. Most people who invest in companies do so depending on if they are successful and profitable. This is almost entirely what determines the PPS, and is what determines if a company can sustain itself in business. (if you doubt this refresh your memory with the internet stocks of the 90's). We have no way of knowing this with Nanologix because of the before mentioned lack of reporting. It has been this way for most of the 6 years I've been invested here. The fact that you choose to bury your head in the sand and gloss over this little fact is why any reasonable person would question your intelligence or at the very least your common sense. It you want to pump wildly with no record or way of knowing our financial state, that is up to you; Personally I would love for all of the things mentioned in the PR to come to fruition and for us to be wildly profitable, however as a reasonable person I also must look at lack of follow up and follow through with past PR's and statements. That is what separates me from from a delusional imbecile such as yourself.

Whoever is manipulating the stock and probably hiring our resident idiots to bash around the clock just won't let it run. Who would wake up this morning and sell shares at .10 after our PR yesterday? You can sell your shares anytime for this price and you choose today after the PR and with the conference Aug 5? Shady stuff going on. Its a perfect scenario for them, they know that our track record of not delivering is keeping people from buying shares so they can manipulate whenever they want. I don't see how it can stop until we have actual news and enough transparency that people have confidence to buy again. we've been waiting for years on that, company policy must change in my opinion.
