Youtube is very good at telling us his trades (after the fact). BTW - I bought tons of apple at a nickel. (LOL) Gosh I'm smart. I bet you won a ton on the super bowl - or at least that's what you told your friends on Monday.
Since the information flow has greatly improved from the company as of late and we have gotten a little bump in our PPS, there has been a concentrated effort by Jim and the boys to bury any positive news. The creating of new ID's and garbage post has been rampant lately in an effort to discourage and confuse shareholders and potential investors and to give the appearance of a pump and dump. Personally believe that things are shaping up for the company and this has got the boys running a little scared. Bottom line is that you shouldn't be doing your DD from a message board anyway but this is where the vermin reside. Personally see this activity as more good news. Hopefully as things continue to progress the news flow will keep us updated.
For the first time I actually agree with Jim. Disclosure - why do you insist on filling the board with questions to Omar that you know he isn't going to answer and about some character named Mitch Felder that is totally irrelevant? It's obvious you want to distract people from what is actually happening with the company. Put a sock in it or just admit your game as if we don't have it figured out.
I find it amazing just how gullible the so called longs of this board are. We get two promising press releases about the company and you let 2 jackals bait you into several threads about a person who hasn't been involved in the company for years. Anyone reading the board looks at this and starts to question things and this person's involvement in the company. When someone makes a post about something like this you don't HAVE to respond. If someone wants information on something that happened several years ago - let THEM research it. Instead you spent 2 days arguing about something totally irrelevant with 2 people that do nothing but bash the company. In the meantime news of two promising press releases from the company that you so dearly love has been buried under post about an apparently unscrupulous former employee. Good Lord people, are you really this stupid? I hope some day I can get my money back so from this investment so I can distance myself from such ignorance and corruption. The two sides of bashers and pumpers of this company truly deserve each other. How many times are you gonna let Jim play you like a proverbial fiddle? Are you trying to help your buddy Bret or hurt him? He finally puts out 2 good PR's and you spend the next 2 days arguing with Jim about something TOTALLY irrelevant. If you are not intelligent enough to use your computer effectively, stay off the darn thing.
Every time Nanologix puts out an encouraging PR or there appears to be something happening to get a bump in the PPS, Jim pulls the same 'ol trick. He goes into full attack mode trying to argue with anyone and everyone - anything to distract from the news. His post become more charged - for example yesterday calling the company a scam, questioning the partner, uses more profanity and becomes more insulting than normal. This gets shareholders attention, they feel the need to respond and his goal is accomplished - attention directed away from the company's news. The good news is that by now everyone realizes what a complete nutjob he is (under all of his ID's) as he stays up all night ranting. Over 500,000 shares of volume yesterday and Nanologix appears to have made inroads for some sales in various markets. I am not going on a pump-a-thon making ridiculous claims of 2 dollars per share or issuing dividends or defending the missteps but it appears we should be able to turn a legitimate profit if things pan out. This would be welcome news. In the meantime, I would suggest ignoring Jim or if you cant seem to do that limit your responses to just one of his rants, otherwise the news becomes about his psychotic postings and not the good news from Hubbard. I think if the company could continue with updates to shareholders and be forthcoming with financial information that people would be willing to get back on the bandwagon.
Jim, I know that grammar and communication with other humans is not really your strength but let me explain a very important concept to you. A typo is when someone misspells or makes a small grammatical error. You stating that 200 million shares is outstanding when last reported we were in the 122 million range is just a flat lie. Being accurate and honest never has really been that important to you now has it? I see you spent a all nighter trying to pick arguments to take attention away from the good news from the company. Bottom line, things seem to be picking up for the company that you assured everyone would be bankrupt by the end of 2013. Kinda missed on that projection didn't you big man? Enjoy the PR.
They are all forced to take their vacation at the present time. In anticipation of a vigorous uptick in the spring housing market they will need "all hands on board" in March and April. I hear Omar is spending a few nights on the bunk beds at the YMCA, not much of a vacation but still better than his mother's basement. The good life.
Omar - You ignorant buffoon, today is President's Day, the market is closed. Don't waste all your good bashing material today unless that's the way you choose to spend your holiday. Save it all up and unload your dribble in an all-day relentless attack tomorrow. Go get 'em Tiger.
Jim - It's about time for you to grab the Vaseline, fire up the computer and enjoy your Valentine "date." Please don't post all night long so you remove all doubt of what a pathetic loser you are. Enjoy your night. LOL
Pumpmeister - It looks like you are finally getting the "thumbs up" that you so desperately seek! I don't know what got your panties in a wad this time but congratulations to whoever delivered the final blow. Now maybe we won't be subjected to constant pumping of outdated news and ridiculous "paradigms." Now maybe we can get another long who is still positive about the company give a unbiased, honest opinion. Unfortunately I don't believe the Pumpmeister can stay away for too long - how can he dump his shares without pumping ridiculous outdated material and ignoring facts - that's who he is. Anyway now maybe we can get some honest dialogue going about the company. Anyone know how we could get Commish, Jim and Omar to join Pumpmeister?
Says the man who post incessantly for 5 years on this board without owning any shares and feels the need to change his ID upwards of 10 times on this board so he can spread the truth. Thanks for keeping everyone straight Jim. Good Lord.
Fellow Board Members - If we have learned anything here over the past 5 years it is that Jim will post repeated, almost nonstop, until the wee hours of the morning if he feels that he needs to to prove his point. Please just give it to him that NNLX does not have a current valuation of .14 strictly from a valuation standpoint. If you don't give him this point (which BTW everyone on earth knows - we are not invested here because of valuation) we may get days upon days on non-stop dribble about Warren Buffett, Valuation, PE Ratios, Delaware Law, SEC Regulations and a myriad of other things that are not even remotely related to Nanologix. Please don't even question why he is posting incessantly about a stock that he doesn't own shares in or believe in - that may set him off on a barrage of post of him touting his education, intelligence and how the world is a better place with him in it. When giving him his credit, don't even begin to mention the fact he is just a small time fiddler from Missouri - when you do this, his psychotic mental makeup goes into damage control. He then feels the need to prove he is actually not a tremendous loser. Thanks in advance for not provoking him - we will all be better in the long run if we all refer to him as Warren Jr. or King Jim - he likes to feel important. TIA for your cooperation in this matter - it will make for a much better posting and viewing experience for us all.
WDB1 - Nice to actually have an adult conversation with a poster who is not absolutely psychotic. I think when you get down to the bottom line you have to decide whether you believe the company is going to be successful eventually or not. I am quite sure after 5 years of being invested here that the company is never going to be transparent or responsible to the shareholders with information flow. As much as we want it to, that is probably never going to change. This does not mean that they still can't be successful. While years ago I thought for sure we were going to be successful - seemed like a good product, share count was lower, news of production, encouraging PR's, etc. Over time we have had cancelled SH meetings, missed projections, butchered timelines, no financials, employees leaving, complete shutdown of meaningful communication to shareholders. I have to ask myself why this keeps happening if things are good. Throw in the fact that there is obvious stock manipulation almost daily, full time pumpers and bashers on message boards, tape painting etc. and I have to admit my faith is about gone. I have lost tens of thousands of dollars in this investment and quite frankly I feel like I was mislead by some of the PR's and missed projections. Seems like very few have panned out. I am down over 70% and while I don't like losing money I will probably ride it out. I have a small glimmer of hope but to say I am less than optimistic would be an understatement. This is probably the amateur investor in me showing. When a company releases financial info after their first big sale and not in 4 quarters since, there probably is a reason and I can't imagine it being good. I wish you luck. Hey, it could be worse for you, I wish I had only lost 12K! In my opinion.
WDB1- I have been saying that to myself for years. Too many things just don't add up here, including the posters here that defend the actions of the company. How could you possibly defend this company's information flow to the shareholders over the past 4 years? Unfortunately for investors like you and I, looking at the PPS it appears as most have already took their losses and moved on. It's hard to sell shares when you are looking at a large loss but at some point I guess preserving any capital that you can is the goal. I have tried to be as patient and as positive as possible but at some point we all have to ask ourselves how much is enough. Like you said, there needs to be an ethical obligation to the shareholders that have invested in your company. In my opinion that is one of the many areas we have fallen woefully short.
PDE - Nice rant. Not to respond to ALL of your excuses and delusions but just a FYI - I will never be "right" with PDE again. I think it's pretty clear how you play this game and personally don't agree with your practices. Another FYI - listen to the Jim Rome show - when he says he is "out" it means he is done talking for the day, not that he has sold all of his shares at a 75% loss. You really can't be this ignorant can you?
Alfie - thanks for spending time with a counselor inquiring about my "violence issues". LOL. Because I said that if PDE continued his rants against me I would expose his lies to the board, that means I have violence issues? Might better spend your counseling dollars on yourself Big Man. I guess a more "mature" approach would have been to let him rant and actually have people believe he was telling the truth? Good job for encouraging the practice of deception on the board.
Petro - I am playing 36 holes today so I will not be able to play with you. I am "out" but that doesn't mean I am selling my shares today. Do you understand?
Every time you post I have to ask myself
a. Does he really believe the things he writes? If so you are much more unintelligent than I ever imagined
b. Surely he knows this isn't true but post it anyway to try to influence others. In this case you are slime.
Personally I have witnessed you not intelligent enough to keep your ID's straight but then I've caught you lying about it to cover your tail. This leaves me only one conclusion - it is a combination of both. I've had enough of you already for one night so rant away unencumbered by me. Try to convince the board it would be easier for everyone to jump on a plane (at their own personal expense and time) to Hubbard OH and ask questions that can't be answered under trading laws as opposed to the company having a simple teleconference to disclose financial facts to it's shareholders. Then try to convince these same people you are to be trusted. Its not rocket science. Good evening.
Petro - Maybe some investors in the company are simply not interested in a guided tour of the facility, instead they may be in more interested in relevant information such as sales, profit/loss, share count, customers, etc. ( the pertinent information most investors want when investing in a company). If I wanted a tour of a facility I would go to Hershey PA, and get some kisses. Throw some more backhanded jabs my way and I guarantee you'll wish you hadn't. You simply have been caught with your pants down enough here to give anyone who opposes your childish rants ammo for years, even with the post you have had deleted and with your other ID's. This isn't Omar you are dealing with. If you don't want more of your ignorance exposed I would shut down the jabs my way. Understand?
Like I said, if you are an investor or potential investor, get off your lazy butt and do some research instead of talking of some phantom "legal issues" here after months of non posting. You have the same ability to research as anyone here. You fool no one and yes I think you belong in jail.
Yes, imbecile that is what I felt at the time. I think we were in the .05 -.10 cent range then and I was "out" from communicating to bashing morons such as yourself as you dominated the board with your grade school level rants. I still feel the majority of this post applies but after recent communications from the company I feel there is a glimmer of hope. I post as to what the current situation is, not a 5 year tirade to try to discredit the company as you have provided for the board. Shut up ignoramus, you are simply not intelligent enough to communicate with me. You are a illiterate neanderthal.
