Loxomo: On the 10-Q Filing-My Take

lox, I suspect Brisben has orders in his pocket for PowerCube. He's too active, putting out too much money, on a hunch.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • What's your take on Brisben's objective? How do you view current conversion of Wts.? How do you see SOGS offering failure?? Or any other conjecture.

lox, one of inherent problems with a long position, is the ability to sell the shares when appropriate. There has to be a market at the higher prices. Current shareholders are insufficient to satisfy the needs of Eagle, Lox, Badger, Brisben & Mgmt. Therefore, the "In's", Brisben and Mgmt. foresee that future events will bring in New, Sizeable shareholders who appreciate a larger, diversified ETI. Dennis exchanged six million dollars worth of 35 cent wts for four cent wts with a 10 year window ( all meaningless IF the irons don't come out of the fire). As you said , high Risk investments with potential high rewards. To make a point -- even if you acquired 2-10 million shares at 3-5 cents recently, any attempt to sell them now would drop the price back down. I also acquired more shares at 3-4 cents. I hope our purchases (mine minimal) will be in firm hands drying up the "float". Previous buying programs were in the 6-8 cent range. I wish I had the confidence in the lenders (suppliers) that you have. Brisben has a plan for ETI which I hope includes us. He knows Dennis and the problems ETI is facing. He thinks 11 1/2 is a deal. Technically strong buy now w/o fundys.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    Mickey Donn extends Wts Date

Live, Your head in the sand doesn't surprise me. This "vote of Confidence" by him precedes news. Pessimism is justified, but if you're short, run for cover. He knows the balance sheet and the lack of current accomplishments. He also knows what's happening on the "irons". The trading volume and upward buying price should tell you something. This is a courtesy response. I agree if they don't sell anything, they won't be around. Apparently Donn sees Revenue and Net ahead of us for Many years to come. He's better informed than we shareholders.

Form 4- our CEO exchanged 2 1/2 Million dollars of Wts with 17 cent strike price for new ones expiring on 11/25 /19 at 4 1/2 cents. It's obvious to me, he expects the Company to be around that long. This is very clear to me that he has confidence things are working as of Yesterday.

Ice, the future is dependent on the SPs successfully penetrating their markets. So far, the down payments by the SPs for control of a particular APP have gone to working capital. We all know where that goes. Current buying requires confidence something IS happening. Don't forget the 10Q ended Mar 31. What's happened since then.

As usual financials very difficult for analysis for me. SOGS offering in jeopardy. New teasers for Power Plant APPs and African utilization of PowerCube. Forthcoming acceleration of Marketing for Pot business. Still alive, lots of debt, lots of Wts given against future success.

Still some selling around. At one time in Eco's past, there was a Short Seller Co. in FL paid to pummel the stock.

Eco, After years of disappointment we have a right to be cynical. No question Dennis has taken real good care of himself and Family. Volvo is not a mirage.

Buying continues. Offering price keeps rising. Offering shares at low prices eventually dry up. If I had Wts at a 11 1/2 cent strike price, I'd buy at lower prices. Someone is confident of good things ahead. Buying is being done carefully. Technically a "buy".

Ice, the silence is deafening. Don't forget this is a SP, probably private, and they don't have responsibility to keep us informed. Volvo seemed to be involved in taking the EF10 around to various communities. I still believe in this "iron", but of course I would.

Strong bid not me. Eventually the "float" dries up and purchases need to go higher. Buyer currently is not chasing the stock. Early today MM was willing to buy 10,000 at 3 1/2

Volume has increased recently in spite of paltry 1st quarter revenue (not me). Interesting that Brisben finds a Wt strike price of 11 1/2 cents a bargain. Interesting that Brisben extends his notes to year end. Would it be unreasonable to conclude that he feels ETI will still be around for year end. Could have the PowerCube "success" have been surpressed while he takes control of ETI at low prices. Just thinking out loud.

lil, Well said as you digress. The Patents are collateral to the extent of the loan and may be sold to satisfy the indebtedness. Sale of a failed investment choice must suit the emotional needs and financial needs of each individual. Sorry to see you leave at this time. The smell has been with us for some time. Brisben may be the Doctor shareholders need.
