Lets see where they go for me, willing to hold to expiration but doubt I will need to, should only be a short term trade for me.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Dude, this is nothing new, I called this out a week and half ago. Stop trying to post it like you are the only one who found out about it. We are all happy you know but you weren't the first to point it out.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
The term, "cyclical rotation" is thrown around a lot on CNBC and I am here to tell you, that concept is not true. The reason being is because Market Makers for the most part hold stocks long term, so they can take advantage of low taxes.
CNBC makes it seem like Hedgefunds, Mutual Funds and ETFs stop buying and selling the stocks in one sector and start buying and selling in another sector, again, this is not true.
Financial institutions and brokerages buy and sell lots in all sectors, everyday of the year.
basically buying new lots now and selling lots that are atleast a year old or older.
To even pay attention to this infotainment is crazy because day traders do not manage their portfolios in the same manner that hedgefunds, mutual funds, etfs and other big financial institutions do just for the meer fact day traders trade with less capital than these funds.
Also, I have never in my life seen on any bank financial sheet, a write off taken of 24% from short term trades, which would be what you would see during earnings of these financial institutions if that was the case, also, if that was the case, these financial institutions would have to literally pump up the market 30% or higher every year just to cover the cost for paying federal taxes on their trades, not including state taxes.
So again, when you hear that term "ROTATION" being used, just remember its a false term and infotainment loves it because it sounds cool and it gets eyeballs but truth be told, its not real at all.
If that was the case then stocks like GOOG, AAPL, PG, TGT, TJX, WMT, IBM and others would literally stop trading during certain times of year because of "rotation" from 1 sector into another.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Dang thats cheap, lets see what it makes me tonight, I only bought one, lol
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Thanks so much, $162 is the top of the hourly chart so expect a short pull back on Monday but the real deal swing short kicks in at $164, thats the daily and weekly chart channel top. You should be able to hold that short for weeks during the up coming correction.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Just buy the dips folks. We have Central Banks buying stocks so we are good :-)
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Still have my target set for $22 with no real resistance, looks like it can even jump to as high as $24-$25 before settling at $22 and going back up again. Again, my time frame is within the next 3 weeks. Good luck to all
Sentiment: Strong Buy
AAPL is not dropping CRUS people, these are rumored lies that shorts are trying to post out there.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Get your short heads out your short butts, you should have covered last week during capitulation
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Whew, today was an ugly capitulation Friday, that's the good news, and even more good news is we can now easily bounce to about $22 with no real resistance.
Good luck to all
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Mobilesemi, you are 100% correct and to that so called "Value Investor" writing off stock compensation is key to growth company, if you want "Value", then I suggest you invest in AAPL, if you are looking for growth, then this is your company. Also, I would rather see that then have them spend money like crazy obtaining new Human Resources and Talent, that makes no sense at all to pay hefty salaries for human resources when you want talent to work for you and be compensated by the growth of the company. Again, I am usually a day trader but I am long and in CRUS for the 2-3 weeks to enjoy this huge bounce.
Good luck to us all
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I am the same way as you are, I can really find nothing wrong with the company or the stock, just that it is influenced heavily by AAPL but watch what happens probably starting next week when we have all this riff raff about earnings that were already pre-announced have pasted. I see this thing above $22 possibly over $24 in the next 3 weeks. I have never seen the Weekly RSI this low, currently (1.75), and the stock didn't bounce hard the next couple weeks.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
you want to sell because they pre-announced that earnings would be bad and because they also said next quarter would suck which that something everybody knew because they are dependent on AAPL? Seems like to me you have funds buying but for cheap instead of selling because at this point they would be selling for a huge loss. I think I am going to ride this for the next 2-3 weeks and see where it takes me. Most likely to $22 or higher hopefully. I'm usually not a long term trading guy, 2-3 weeks is long term to me, but the reward is so great for catch a non-earnings technical bounce, I am staying in.
Good luck to us all
Sentiment: Strong Buy
LET THE RALLY CONTINUE, GDP at 2.5%, good news for us and the FED will continue its asset purchase program to boost the economy plus Central Banks buying the stocks. Again, Like, I said earlier, buy the mother freaking dips folks :-)
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Buy the dips folks, buy the dips!!!! We go higher, especially since Central Banks are buying stocks too :-()
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Nah, PCLN always moves in conjunction with EXPE but for me I get a greater move in some other stock. Today was what an options trader wanted from PCLN, it still may go to $730 or $735 but I can get a greater move in another stock. I am currently in CRUS for the next couple days.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Wish me luck folks, BTW I bought options
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I'm out, bought the April wk 4 $700 calls this morning for $11.28 and sold for $21. Not taking a chance on EXPE earning tonight, I can also trade again but no way will I not book profits when I have them. Good luck to all :-)
Sentiment: Strong Buy
We don't need that kind of manipulation anyways!!! Praise be to GOD ALMIGHTY :-)
Keep pushing her up boys!!!!!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Bought the May $700 calls, lets see where they go
